But they said they were sure that all the plugs were plugged in, and they didn't know what went wrong. So I made an appointment with them for the next visit and asked them to take it apart for me and check it again. The final answer was that they made sure that all the plugs were plugged in where they should be plugged. Because of their reply, I can only ask the merchant who sold me the product why I received the defective product. But today, a few months later, I tried to disassemble my radio based on the video on youtube and check it myself. And it turned out that they didn't plug the aux cable in, and they didn't connect another plug. By the way, they did not screwed in the two screws that supposed to be screwed near the screen. I would say they did not check it again during my second visit, because a unprofessional person like me can tell what was the problem there. So I would not recommend this place. But they did it most of the job with pretty poor instructions, which made me rated 3 stars.

Took it back and after two visits they were still unable to install the stereo- even though I supplied directions I researched for from you tube. After their unsuccessful attempts - they refused to try anymore and didn't offer any type of refund for their botched job. Absolutely terrible customer service - store was unorganized - nobody could answer any questions. Terrible experience .
