The way that it all was done under 3 minutes made me feel suspicious about the service. When I pulled over to check, my truck was still covered with dirt and debris. My tires didn't get washed at all. The whole truck didn't get washed at all. I have never regretted spending money like that before as much I did last night. I feel like I was scammed into paying $12 for a service that I didn't receive and there was no one there to talk to. One girl was up there on her own and she didn't even know what to do because she new. This was a complete was of time and money.

Pre wash used to include bug soak but now they skip leaving the bugs on. Wheels and wheel wells used to be sprayed off now just a cursory wet down. Windows used to be blasted off now a quick wet down. Adjustments to soap/rinse now leave soap on the back of my car per photos of another reviewer.
