This place used to be the place to go to get a deep, clean and shiny wash for my truck. I went there tonight and I paid $12 to get my tires shined, get under the car blasted(whatever it said in the screen) and get triple foam. The way that it all was done under 3 minutes made me feel suspicious about the service. When I pulled over to check, my truck was still covered with dirt and debris. My tires didn't get washed at all. The whole truck didn't get washed at all. I have never regretted spending money like that before as much I did last night. I feel like I was scammed into paying $12 for a service that I didn't receive and there was no one there to talk to. One girl was up there on her own and she didn't even know what to do because she new. This was a complete was of time and money. read more

Under Cameron as manager I gave it 5 stars. 4 managers later and quality has gone down hill. Vacuums are usually blocked and not working now and when they are they are not as powerful as when Cameron was there. Pre wash used to include bug soak but now they skip leaving the bugs on. Wheels and wheel wells used to be sprayed off now just a cursory wet down. Windows used to be blasted off now a quick wet down. Adjustments to soap/rinse now leave soap on the back of my car per photos of another reviewer. the company only cares about how many cars they can send through the wash, not if they are clean or not, if you spend more than 30 seconds on a car they get mad at you, obviously getting the cars through is more important than if the customer is happy or not, and the owners have little care about the employees or their safety only how much money they're making and how fast you can get the cars through read more

Great service and a good price. Only issue I've ever had is a little bit of soap, but any time I've had questions the owner is wonderful about contacting customers, and seems to hire really good kids. read more

I used to be a regular customer but when they refused to repair my windshield wiper which was obviously damaged by their equipment I stopped going there. The wiper worked fine only a few minutes previous to getting washed but didn't work at all immediately after going through their car wash. The plastic was stripped off of the metal shaft that makes it work. They said since it looked all right in the picture they took as I exited it wasn't their fault. It was their fault their machine forced the wiper which stripped the plastic. I won't be going back. read more

Lately this place has really gone downhill. I thought with another car wash coming to town they would make improvements but they don't seem to care. You use to get a quality wash there but not recently. Attends are talking on their cell phones, etc. instead of doing a good job with the prewash then when you come out and drive around to the vacuums you find that over half of them aren't working or the ends are missing, etc. I told one of the attendants and they just said they'd let the manager know which didn't help me at that time. Also, they need to find a way to keep people out that didn't get a car wash from using the vacuums. These freeloaders are keeping paying customers from being able to vacuum out their vehicles. I don't know if they have had a change in management or not but it sure isn't anything like when I started. read more

I have given them multiple chances to get their services right, but it seems to have only gotten worse. I have wasted $15.00 for the last time. Unfortunately on this this occasion, I did not notice the other cars that came from the wash had not had the backs of their cars clean. Unfortunately, mine was no different. There was a 3 foot section on the back of my vehicle that clearly had not been touched by the brushes. There were also several streaks down the left side of the vehicle that were completely untouched. The first foam sprayer when you enter the was was completely malfunctioning, spraying the foam from the bottom of the unit everywhere except on the vehicles. The only thing the attendants cared about was pulling in the vehicles as fast as possible, mere inches apart when you first pull up. The sprayer could easily been seen where they were standing, but nothing was done. So, now I have a barely half washed vehicle and am out $15. Save yourself from driving around looking foolish in a half washed vehicle or having to get another wash done on your dime. Just go somewhere else. read more

This place is great. Love the monthly pass I have -- unlimited washes/vacuums. They pre-spray before you go through. Quick and effective. The vacuum's have awesome suction for quick cleaning. Great value! read more

Been here several times hoping they would get it together... but dang if they havent figured out that in the winter with Road Salt that you have to use a Hand Brush on the back of carsxand SUVs ... the big wash brushes in the tunnel just cant get the job done. Had the same problem with them and the Bugs on the Front during the summer... just spraying the Bug Off isnt enough and again the tunnel isnt enough. This week the outside lane gate wasnt working either... instead of putting a cone or rope up to indicate it was out of service - car after car pulled in like I did only to have to back up and get in the inside cue line... They need to pay a bit more attention to the details like taking the time to do more than just power spray in prewash... specially with road salt and grime... adds 30 seconds with 2 techs maybe 45 seconds with one per vehicle... and it would dramatically improve things and keep ya from having to wash it again when you get home to catch all the streaks that were left behind... is it worth the value... better than the other places in MHK??? But not by much... would be easy to pick it up and make it a 4 star business... read more

This is a great car wash. If I lived closer, I'd definitely have a monthly pass, then my truck would be clean all the time. Being able to wash whenever I wanted, it would keep build up down. The pre wash done by the employees is great, because they are able to get the hard to reach places. I make it a point to get a wash every time I'm in town. read more

This place used to get our cars in and out, seems like in the past month things have really slowed down. On the worst day it would take 5-7 minutes for me to get my car washed. Now it's taking 20-30 minutes. The wash has been down multiple times, it's happened in the past but not this much. Does this new crew know what they're doing?!?!? Rapid wash is rapidly going downhill. Might as well call it Turtle Wash. read more

If you car is damaged because the attendant fails to do a simple task DO NOT expect Rapid Wash to pay for the damages as they promised they would. Sure the "Manager will give you a number to call to file a claim but you will NEVER get an answer nor will you EVER receive a response to voicemail and you will be left to pay for the damages yourself. read more

Been using this place for well over a year on a monthly pass. My first 6 months was with the Ultimate at $45, later I downgraded to Premium at $30. As of today the Ultimate wash is $29.99. The pressure of new similar business coming to town is showing. In the beginning I was 100% satisfied with the whole package. Later came management changes and I noticed the prewash was more like "just get it wet" and the wash will do the rest. Presently there have been changes made to the wash pattern, and again with new management at the helm, the prewash is now " just spray the sides" if it looks clean and the wash will do the rest. Today I am disappointed with the work. If the prewash would at least get the whole car or truck wet, that would be an improvement. But I have seen an attendant thoroughly spraying out the wheel wells of a 4X4 for 10 minutes while we waited in line. Lastly is the herd effect, pushing folks to go bumper to bumper at the prewash at times is not pleasant when you are a driver, let alone the odd ways of signaling with finger waves, hand waves or how about the full arm wave and turn your back to us. I would think if you prewash one vehicle at a time and allow the automatic track to take it in, after the rear gets that blanket of foam, then pull the next vehicle up.. I bet vehicle will be cleaner and customers would be happier too! As to the dirty 4X4, same treatment, if prewash and wash does not get it clean, then they need to go to a wand wash and do the rest. Common sense is being missed at times in this business approach at times, I think. Oh and get those lights fixed to the signs that are suppose to work...how is a customer to know if the application is spraying if the light is not on? I will not comment on the free vacuum since there is no element of control whatsoever. In closing I started you with 5 stars, you slipped to 4 stars in 4 months and 12 month later I will hover around the 3 stars on the low end. read more

A wash that causes scratches on new vehicles isn't a car wash you want to use. They don't take responsibility and have an insurance company who refuse to even inspect the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN A WELL KEPT CAR. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! read more

I give this place ZERO stars! My car was damaged in this car wash on September 9, 2017 when the track snagged the tire rim of my car, stopping it on the track. Then the vehicle behind me ran into my car and pushed me off the track. This caused close to $2K damage to my car. This company has treated me like slime, claiming this was my fault. After being grilled like a criminal for over an hour by Cameron Hayes, an assistant manager that was not even on the scene when the accident happened, I finished filling out an incident report and left the premises. It literally took weeks to even be able to contact anyone in this company that would acknowledge there was an issue here. Now, after 4 months of this treatment, I have been told that they do not feel this was their fault, & they are not going to fix my car. I am now perusing this through the Kansas Department of Insurance. I want everyone to know that if you use this car wash and the crazy unthinkable happens, as it did in my case, you will be totally on your own! Do not think for a moment that they care about treating their customers right! Loyalty is a joke to them, and void in their vocabulary! read more
