Had my car detailed and whatever wax they used ruined my paint! Went back twice to discuss the situation and they basically laughed in our face and said it was our problem because it was an old car!!!! Not honoring your work is bad business in my eyes. I just had the interior of my 2005 pathfinder detailed at Showroom Shine and they did a great job for a great price! Years of kids and dogs did plenty of damage and while I've cleaned it or had it cleaned plenty of times, this was the first time I had it detailed and it looks great, only some old ink stains are left on a seat. The floor mats, the seats, the vents...everything is 100% cleaner. read more

I had the interior of my car detailed here to remove stains from a few exploded pop cans. The stains were 2 years old but they still managed to remove them all and didn't charge any extra fees. Great experience. I recommend them. read more

I was treated horribly here while my husband was deployed. They charged me $120 to clean a milk spill out of my front seat and vacuum my car. The day after the "cleaning", the milk smell was much worse - it was as if they covered up the smell at first with fragrance. One year later, I can still smell the milk. It took my own cleaning at home to lessen the smell. To make matters worse, about $80 of the $120 was to vacuum my car - a TOTALLY unexpected expense!! I added it on last minute (expecting to spend maybe $30 - yes, I could do it myself for free or for $2 at a car wash, but decided to go for it since I was already there and was about to go on a car trip). I assumed they could get it done much faster than I could with my low-power vacuum! I was told that I would be charged by the minute, which I agreed to - not knowing that they would somehow spend an HOUR AND A HALF to vacuum my car! After seeing the bill, I told them that no one in their right mind would have agreed to that, especially since I can vacuum my car myself in about 10 minutes. I told them that I could literally pick out the dog hair in half that time. The response? Sarcasm and a completely antagonistic approach from the moment the manager started speaking to me on the phone. I was extremely polite while explaining the situation, but was completely taken aback by his angry tone. I ended the conversation (it was obvious that it wasn't going anywhere) by telling him that I would speak to my husband again and get back to him. He sarcastically retorted by saying "Yeah, you TALK to your husband, ma'am". I hung up and never called back. This is my first negative review of any business. read more

At first I was'nt happy and then I was mad with how rude the owner talked to me. Being the owner of a bussiness, you don't use the F words to customers and tell them " get the hell out ..." I tried to stay every calm and got out. And I should spend sometimes to tell future customers my experience to this place. I brought my car in for them to look at it and told them what I need to be done ( exterior detailing). They seem very nice and promised very high when taking in my car. Said that the process would take tow days. Couple hours after I dropped my car in, they called and said that first stage couldn't do the job, that I need to pay for the up charge to clean out marks,.....or whatever else. Of course I said no. They called me next day morning said my car was done. They did their best in a couple of hours for the job said would take two days (????) It's a bad business, they will rip you off then tell you " get the hell out". Definitely not recommend any one come here for the service. I did pay for a very nice car wash for $147.00(!?!?!?!?!?) We had 2 vehicles detailed here. The first one is newer and it seemed fine, so we took our older (2002) car in the following week. They did ok on the interior except that the plastic covering the dash instruments was smeary and they did not put the windows down when cleaning, so the edge of the windows remained dirty. (This was later explained that they don't lower the windows to clean because they might short electrical connections on older cars). The exterior looks terrible. We thought they forgot to wax it as it is splotchy and chalky. Also there was a nickel sized rusted area that we had not noticed prior, no solution was offered when we picked up the car except to repaint the car. Took the car back to talk a few days later and he said the clear coat was going so the wax product they use doesn't work well and was informed where to buy something that would work better. Ugh, why didn't THEY use something that worked better? Said that buffing is not part of the detail either. Wow, this is pretty bad. We've had detailers in the past do whatever it took to get the vehicle looking as good as possible and at a lower price. This place seems to have one formula without exceptions and they feel no responsibility for making an older car look good. We had to unrecommended this place to a couple friends. We are not pleased and won't be returning. read more
