Called ahead with some questions about a previously personally installed stereo system. I went into the store to see if I could get help or an explanation for my backup camera no longer working. The guy there (who told me to come in when I called) was very condescending and almost refused to even look at the system. I had remote starts put on mine and my husband's trucks, and even my husband will agree that was one of the best investments we have ever made. Let me start by stating that I am an audiophile. I go beyond overboard when it comes to the quality of the reproduction of the audio I hear. I have a fine tuned ear and ANYTHING sub par gives me a nervous tic and immediately has to stop or I will leave. These guys understand that and have the knowledge as well as the skills to handle all of my audio needs. All of my vehicles have full systems installed here and my living room and bedroom at home have state of the art Paradigm audio home theater systems as well. As far as pricing goes, they will make sure to charge you the absolute highest price out there and provide some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a problem with my left side speakers and they made sure I understood it was my fault the speakers cut out, and had nothing to do with their installation. They took a whole fifteen minutes both times I brought it to them, and they assured me it was not their fault the speakers on one side of my truck cut out and would stop playing music. I had adjusted the sound bars on my truck and they were quick to blame it on that. So for the most money and the worst customer service, I assure you this is your place. Updated review. I was initially satisfied with this establishment other than the lack of customer service and hospitality. My most recent experience was: 1. I went to that store on 3 seperate occassions to ask about a service. All three times i was quoted a different price for the same work, sometimes higher sometimes lower and one time really high. On the last occurrence i had one gentleman read off of a pricing sheet and gave me a quote...minutes later a second, not so much of a gentleman comes out and tells me the first guy was wrong and jacked up the price by $60. 2. Previous service I had there did not require a down payment to make an appointment...this time after the 4th visit I was asked for 50% down to make the appointment. Mind you, the 3 previous times were just inquiries, no booking and was not asked for money down. 3. I was then informed that there was one person there that had years of experience. I wanted to say, if there is so much experience on one belt, why has no one ever told him that his work is subpar? 4. I had some work done on my car by them and 3 years later the work done is bad! I asked if they could fix it and they said "sure but it'll cost you xxx dollars". I then told them they did the work and they said well we cant validate that statement. So they refused to take accountability for poor workmanship. 5. They had done some tint work on my car as well, in the past, in a really short period of time i am now noticing small bubbles where the film is seperating from the window. I use a specialized window cleaning product designed for tint. I've had tint on all my cars for over a decade and never had an issue. One guy said, "did you use windex?" I paused and just thought to myself wow these guys take no responsibility for their poor work let alone offer to fix at no cost or reduced cost. No worries...found a much better shop in town that isnt shady in pricing and has awesome customer service ethic and guarrantees their work for the life of the tint! read more

Do yourself a favor, and find another place to do business. And I quote, "even Michael Jordan had bad days." This was offered as an explanation as to why a product I had purchased wasn't installed right the first time. They did offer and attempt to correct it (window tinting), but I still have found traces of lint and dirt throughout the tint that I don't even have to inspect hardly for. Most of the guys in there are pretty rude as well. The only individual I'll give credit to at this establishment is a gentleman named Mr. Randy. Good guy, honest, and will take care of you to the best of his ability. Besides that, again I'd advise you to take your business elsewhere. read more

Fuck these guys. Few months ago they did a tent for my front window sun strip. It got fucked up. I use water to clean my inner window and windex for the outside to clean. First they dont verbally say it. But they kept asking me "are you sure you got this done here because the tints purple and..." I said, "yes, it was YOU sir. You charged me 20 bucks" and still kept trying to wiggle out of it. I even got so fucking sick of them being fucking babies i offered a other 20 bucks to shut them the fuck up and then they were all na i mean, --- amd continues to whine and bitch that this isnt their work. Well guess what fuck heads it was you. They even cut a 15 dollar wire that went from my homelink rearview mirror to my valentine one radar detector. All they had to do was cut the zip tie that held it to my mirror and it would have came off to do the job. These fuck heads cut the entire wire in half. I wanted to throat punch them all so bad but didnt wana go to jail so. Good thing im always prepared i have 2 other wires in my home. These fucking guys are pieces of shit. I will NEVER EVER EEEEVVVEEERRRRRR recommend these guys in a million years to another person. To be honest i was a tank mechanic for 5 years, and now am im a master mechanic for Subaru. I know my shit ive seen their work thru my friends Caddy. Its sloppy and shotty. Its so sad ppl have to settle with these peoples work. Fuck these guys. Seriously 0 stars. All the way. read more
