The staff were friendly, very knowledgable, and had multiple options at different price points. We chose the best one for us, got a price, and came back on appt day. The service was completed in a few hours, right on schedule, and the price they quoted was correct in the end. Additionally, the staffer who returned our key took the time to sit in the car with me (it's my vehicle to drive but my husband is the one who knows the technical stuff) and show me how all the new features worked, and answer all my questions. I took my car back and they offered to take a look even though they knew it wasn't attached to any work they previously did. Only 20 mins later they were able to determine that it's a common issue with my car and they even offered to fix it, though they don't usually do that type of work. They had me order the part on Amazon, charged me a flat labor fee an asked me to comeback for the install. When I went back for the install it took them maybe 30 mins and it was completely fixed and recommended a shop if the issue ever happens again. They handled my needs with white glove service and were all very kind for going out of their way to help me. Special shout out to Justin. He really spearheaded helping me.

I sent the car back in and had them route it along the rear view mirror unit. Duh! They then brought the car back out and I realized I needed to do a more thorough review of their work. I got in the back of the Yukon and could see a large 1/2 hand size grease/dirt stain on the header. I then also noticed grease/dirt on the driver side A pillar just above the air bag area. I then went back into the store and told them at the desk I wasn't happy. They came out looked at it and agreed. They took it back into the shop and 15 minutes later it came back out cleaned. For the quality of the work I could have taken it over to Best Buy and had them do it. And for a lot less than the $200+ they charged me. Big mistake thinking they would do a more 'professional' job.

Both speakers were blown and had some shotty wiring that would cause the speakers to short out randomly while I'd be driving. I'm a huge bass head and needed to get new subs ASAP. I discussed things with my older brother who has a lot of experience with electronics- he lives in Oklahoma, otherwise he'd probably be doing the work. Discussed prices and compared those to Crutchfield- as well as symptoms of my subs. Owner Austin evaluated my car (his findings matched my brother's suspicions) and got me right in! We decided to replace the 2 12" with Power Bass subs. Austin also discovered the particular subs I had before had been discontinued. I decided to also get my vehicle detailed; shampoo the inside. Per my request the former box my subs were in was able to be used (it was nice and compact) and the cost of a new box was subtracted from the total cost. The first appt I was unable to make because of illness. The second appt. on a Monday- I ran late to (night shift ICU nurse - got stuck at work) -- they're busy here at Tint World; esp Monday's. Picked up my car around 3pm... I'll admit I didn't look over the car thoroughly- mostly due to being tired. Later I noticed a couple spots that were missed. Austin asked me to return so the job could be done to my satisfaction. He also gave me a gift. Certificate. IT looks so GOOD! Tony did an awesome job and was receptive to my comments. Paid for vehicle detail. Had to get home and fixes most of it. Were supposed to condition leather and they wiped down the front and left the rest amoral type splatter dots all over things inside and outside had water spots, part of tires and trim were wiped and part not, running boards not even touched and chrome grill not really even cleaned with stuck on bugs still and like they didn't touch it. It was late on a Friday, they were closing and I needed to get somewhere or would have made them fix it. Honestly should not have to even have as obvious as this stuff was.
