It ended up being 4 1/2, and I had to call them to receive an update status on how much longer it would take after 3 1/2 hours. I never got a call, but ended up going up there after 4 1/2 hours and asking if it was done since I had to be at work within the next 30 mins. The guy in the front says yes we literally just got done with it. I asked why it almost took 5 hours when I was told when booking my appointment that it would be 3 hours tops. He replied they were busy and had a lot to do, I'm just wondering why make an appointment if you aren't going to make it a priority. Then he had the nerve to say that he didn't realize I was in a time crunch. So then I felt the need to let him know that's why people make appointments and my time is money. Now a day later the part that I paid $50 extra for isn't unlocking my car like it's supposed to and my remote start shut off after 20 mins of me not being able to leave work right on time. So I'll finish up this review after I go check on that. Update I have to bring my car back in on Monday because there is something wrong with the wiring and he told me it would be another 2-3 hours. Unless you have a ton of money and time to waste I would suggest going to your car dealership or sound Innovations. This business isn't looking for customer satisfaction just another way to make money.

We went in to make an appt, and I was surprised to see not only a vacation-style vibe decor, but also a comfy waiting area- which we didn't end up needing. The staff were friendly, very knowledgable, and had multiple options at different price points. We chose the best one for us, got a price, and came back on appt day. The service was completed in a few hours, right on schedule, and the price they quoted was correct in the end. Additionally, the staffer who returned our key took the time to sit in the car with me (it's my vehicle to drive but my husband is the one who knows the technical stuff) and show me how all the new features worked, and answer all my questions. I am so happy with the new stereo & backup camera, the price, the service and the quality if the work. I had this done a month ago, and everything is working flawlessly. I have a disability and I could not get the three harness plugs off, they were well protected and had been in there seven years. I contacted a lot of businesses and all gave me different reasons why they could not do it. I contacted Max Speed and Sound, and they got me in the next morning, got me fixed up in about an hour.
