The 1st place I was not impressed with and they wouldn't even give me an estimate for my windshield. They gave me another number to call because they do not fix cracks-I explained I'm not sure if I need a new windshield but she insisted I call the number she gave me. When I walked in to Jayhawk I was greeted right away and told the guy I needed an estimate for my windshield, which he did w/out any hesitation. He told me he could get me in the next day but I had to be sure I could have it done financially first. I did stop at 1 more places which was a lot more. I ended up going with Jayhawk, they had the best price and best friendly service, I highly recommend them, I dropped my car off in the morning and had it back by 3:30. I'm very satisfied with their service.

If you didn't want to talk about business on a "non business day", just politely ask if you can call the customer back next business day. I would have no problem with that, or even leaving a VM, but sadly this "business" does want business. After that experience I will NOT be calling this business back for more rude exchanges.
