I came back on day to 2 clear the remaining items and guess what.... was given a code. Go to the upstairs interior unit and the elevator is broken. I asked for an extension to get the items out until the elevator was repaired. nope. you get some extra carts and you can walk 50 yards to the next elevator. yeah. that's a no for me dog. so i left a dresser and couple kids toys in the unit and think that's it. Basically they called my cell phone probably 25 times and my office number another 25 plus times in what can only be described as harassment. THEN they contact the storage auction company and get my account suspended. Just an absolute abomination. By far the worst experience with any facility yet. I can only imagine how they treat regular customers.

I only say this because I had the worst attitude and it all started by being ripped off (by R&B auto) back in the day, pressured to finance a depreciation that I couldn't have sold for half of what I was paying. 15 years later & after the death of my son, oh it's on! Nobody was taking me for a ride! I couldn't have been more negative. After I bought my car ( I love) I brought it back to them because its from out of state & the dmv ask that have an inspection done. I get mad & bring the car back for no reason really. They were so kind, they let me pick whatever I want & send me on my way. 3 days later call & say I don't want this car, I want my other car back! I was told it can't be done. I knew I messed up big! The owner and his team had bent lover backwards to deal with me. I was in tears & I could not believe my eyes when they pulled my car out from the back! The owner said it's my lucky day & I won't do this again", I said " thank you, thank you!" they helped me with registration & I am so lucky they didn't tell me to go.... Myself!! The best, even for a wretch like me! Nobody will treat you better!

(Sorry my pix uploaded sideways for some reason!)…read more Monarch Estate Sales helped us through a very difficult liquidation process while being the Administrator of an estate for a dear friend of ours that passed away. From what I understand, it usually takes 1-2 weeks to prepare for an estate sale, but our friend was a major hoarder, and so it took well over a month to prepare! My husband and I were there during the sale, and so we met a lot of people who are avid followers of Mario and Mary. They are clearly well respected, which was one of the reasons I chose them to do this estate sale in the first place. I met them by going to a couple of other estate sales they were in charge of. The work here was difficult. 3 levels of everything imaginable. I never heard one complaint, and I witnessed first hand the dedication and respect that they bring with them while doing their work. I came in contact with Monarch about a year ago, and initially kept one of their brochures for when my Mom passes (knowing I would need the help). Now having worked with them in this process, they will be the only ones I call for help when the time comes. I could not ask for a better company (and I interviewed several) to partner with during a time like this. Thank you Mario and Mary - so much. While the probate issues are ongoing, you made this huge task manageable, and a positive experience! :)
