When he found out about this review he called me multiple times and when I called him back he took zero responsibility and even threatened to leave bad reviews on my business. Avoid like the plague. I asked for an extension to get the items out until the elevator was repaired. nope. you get some extra carts and you can walk 50 yards to the next elevator. yeah. that's a no for me dog. so i left a dresser and couple kids toys in the unit and think that's it. Basically they called my cell phone probably 25 times and my office number another 25 plus times in what can only be described as harassment. THEN they contact the storage auction company and get my account suspended. Just an absolute abomination. By far the worst experience with any facility yet. I can only imagine how they treat regular customers.
