In a desperate attempt to sleep, after the past week of not sleeping and in pain- it was 8:50 and I…read morestarted seeing if I could find a massage place open and available. My regular place closed at 9. I ended up finding Joy Massage - and Bella, she's a gorgeous little firecracker. I only had 45 min, so I did that for full body. I've seen the wooden poles on ceilings many times over the years in my massage escapades, but no one ever used them. Until Bella! She's like a little massage ninja. She's tiny, so she used her whole body to work for her... her feet, knees, elbows and forearms. It works for her! Another plus - most places will pump 1-2 pumps of oil, and add minimal as they go. I'm like do they need to save that badly?! She didn't! Liberally oils, and even her hands were great! She kept saying your back is tight, so it's hard work now, but if you come back more it'll loosen and it'll be more relaxing. For a Friday night 10pm last min appt, Bella was an angel, she was sweet, kind (none of us like customers walking in at closing), and did an amazing job. Even sitting in my car writing the review, she came out to make sure I was ok! I'll definitely come back! Place was nice and clean, quiet, I liked the music - that was new, but most of all great service. Thanks Bella

My husband treated me to a recovery, multi treatment & Massage- in June 2026…read more We try it "Robo massage and human- tri Massage". A professional masseuse alongside a robot performs various massage techniques. My husband enjoyed the robot portion of the program. I preferred a human being massaging me. Treatments included: 20 minute sauna, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, red light treatment, and then a groovy machine that gently massages, using air. Robot Massage is all the rage in Asia so if you're interested in it, definitely try it you can regulate how deep you want the massage or specify the areas. Again, use your words and always cash tip. These people work very hard.

If you love new experiences as much as I do, the concept of an "AI Massage" is definitely…read moreappealing. I ended up trying out the hybrid TriHand massage, which uses both the machine and massage therapist, and the red light recovery room at the end. I felt relaxed at the end, but definitely could have used more communication and personalization. After laying down in the massage room, a couple people entered the room. One was my therapist, and I inferred that the other was configuring the machine, which took at least 5 min. I wasn't asked about areas to focus on or avoid, but once it began, the therapist provided a decent massage that did relieve most of my soreness. The therapist worked alongside the AI massage arm for the first half, which was nice, and the last 30 minutes was just the massage arm. Despite the promise of personalization online, the AI massage really just felt like a nice warm ball rolling on my back in a preset pattern. It was the same level of effectiveness as a standard massage chair, and due to the minimal stimulation and robot sounds, I would've preferred just moving on after 10 min. The red light recovery was pretty odd to me, as I wasn't aware this would be a full-on heated sauna pod and wasn't advised to take off my Fitbit. I was booked for the wrong service via phone call, and the team accommodated nicely, so it's possible this experience was just a reflection of a quick scramble. The team was very friendly, and water was provided.
