I came here after seeing many positive reviews online for my first deep tissue massage as a birthday treat. For starters, I arrive 5 minutes early and they rush me into a room. I end up waiting about 15 minutes in the room before someone came in to work on me. During that time, the masseuse made very uncomfortable comments on my body and even lifted her shirt up for me to feel how "bad" her body was compared to mine. She left the room multiple times to attend the front desk and was gone about 5 minutes every time she left. When they tell me we're finished I look at the clock and it had only been an hour since I had initially arrived, which again, was 5 minutes early. I believe I only got 30 minutes of massage time when I had paid for a full hour. Im not only disappointed in the service but I'm also disappointed in the quality of my massage. When I had booked a deep tissue, I was under the impression that we would be working out the knots and using deep pressure. That was not the case and I left feeling like my partner could have given me a better massage. She had intentionally avoided my problem areas stating "this hurts so we won't do that today". I wish I had walked out there in the middle of my service. I will not be coming back here.

A professional masseuse alongside a robot performs various massage techniques. My husband enjoyed the robot portion of the program. I preferred a human being massaging me. Treatments included: 20 minute sauna, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, red light treatment, and then a groovy machine that gently massages, using air. Robot Massage is all the rage in Asia so if you're interested in it, definitely try it you can regulate how deep you want the massage or specify the areas. Again, use your words and always cash tip. I felt relaxed at the end, but definitely could have used more communication and personalization. After laying down in the massage room, a couple people entered the room. One was my therapist, and I inferred that the other was configuring the machine, which took at least 5 min. I wasn't asked about areas to focus on or avoid, but once it began, the therapist provided a decent massage that did relieve most of my soreness. The therapist worked alongside the AI massage arm for the first half, which was nice, and the last 30 minutes was just the massage arm. Despite the promise of personalization online, the AI massage really just felt like a nice warm ball rolling on my back in a preset pattern. It was the same level of effectiveness as a standard massage chair, and due to the minimal stimulation and robot sounds, I would've preferred just moving on after 10 min. The red light recovery was pretty odd to me, as I wasn't aware this would be a full-on heated sauna pod and wasn't advised to take off my Fitbit. I was booked for the wrong service via phone call, and the team accommodated nicely, so it's possible this experience was just a reflection of a quick scramble. The team was very friendly, and water was provided.
