As a cigar shop with a big opus X decal on the window, I was disappointed to hear that there was no opus x in stock. 2. The smoking lounge is very cramped. I think it is legendary that the humidor is bigger than the lounge, but I would look into avenues of expanding the seating/lounge area if possible to increase ambiance and comfortability.
