In that short time, she already had such traumatic experiences she developed PTSD. She has also been diagnosed with AdHD, Autism, depression and anxiety. When she was 3, we found Roughout Ranch. She has loved horse since she was a baby. I was hoping to find a program that would fit her needs. There are others in our area, I visited with their clients (who seemed happy with them). But I just didn't feel they were right for my little one. However, Roughout Ranch has been perfect. Her visits are just her (even before the pandemic). My grandson also goes and they often will have their visits scheduled together. Kathy still tailors the visits according to their individual needs. My daughter has become so much more patient and aware of other's feelings. They are also working on conquering some of her fears. You can definitely tell when she has not been to the ranch in awhile. I only wish she could visit everyday!

Once it arrived, everything went exactly as promised. The delivery was no easy task. The apartment is on the second floor with a narrow, challenging staircase and a difficult entry. The delivery team handled it with professionalism and care, removed our old refrigerator, installed the new one, and never once bumped a wall or damaged anything. It was impressive to watch how efficiently and carefully they worked. They also cleaned up after themselves, made sure everything was working properly, and confirmed that we were completely satisfied before they left. It's refreshing to work with a company that still takes pride in customer service. Their pricing was excellent, everyone was friendly and easy to work with, and I was especially impressed that they could order exactly what we wanted even though it wasn't on the showroom floor. If you're shopping for appliances--or even mattresses--I highly recommend giving Nichols Appliance a chance. The combination of competitive pricing, outstanding service, and true professionalism is hard to find these days. We'll absolutely consider doing business with them again.

When we met Robyn and Mike Unger and walked thru their beautiful showroom, we knew we were in the right spot. Not only did they take an interest in our project, but they really worked with us on a personal level to come up with a complete package. Their team worked hard come demo time and there was very little mess to deal with. We did the kitchen counters and one bath first then had the shower installed along with the master bath counters later. Everything came out beautiful and we absolutely love it! The only hic up was one of the suppliers taking longer than planned but Robyn kept in communication at all times with us, so we were not left in the dark. We have remodeled homes before and know that these things can happen, so it really was not an issue. We would highly recommend them! Thank you, Robyn, Mike and Team, for all your hard work.
