Do not pay these people anything other than deposits before the work is complete…read more I made the mistake of giving them the money when they arrived. Beast Mode Movers showed no remorse over the death of my friend that I was requested to remove personal belongings. Not realizing these movers were not in Ponca City because they showed up in Ponca City's mover's list as a top mover, I needed movers and was in a time crunch. When they arrived, I was requested to send the remainder of the fee of which I did. Then the job was incomplete even though I was telling them that I was willing to pay for the extra time. The 15 foot truck was barely half full after two hours and they were like "this job is already going to be over 6 hours, we need to go". (2 hours travel and receiving the truck in Ponca, 2 hours to move what was requested, and 2 hours return trip) and even though I was telling them I wasn't worried about paying them (and I was adding a tip on top of the bill) they were determined they were leaving to drop off at new address. What was done was rushed. There was a dining room table that I insisted the top had to be removed first. They were "we were going to move it as a single unit" and proceeded to do so. They carried it by the top and the bolts stripped the connecting hole and the table now wobbles until I can get it repaired. The questionnaire even asked if there was something that needed to be disassembled. It was only two bolts! I had to wait for transportation for me, but they were in such a hurry that I knew I was going to be there shortly afterwards. It was agreed that the furniture that made it to the truck could be placed in my parking space... they put it in the wrong parking space in the next building.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with All My Sons…read more I booked a move for my 85-year-old grandmother on Friday after being assured they could complete the move on Saturday. I was told I would receive a confirmation call, but never did. When I called the next day, I learned they had my phone number entered incorrectly. We completed the confirmation over the phone, and I was told the move was still scheduled. The move window was between 12 PM and 4 PM. After waiting for hours, I had to call multiple times for updates. First, I was told the truck was stuck and waiting for a tow. Later, after spending most of my day waiting near the storage unit, I was finally informed around 6 PM that the move would not happen and would need to be rescheduled for the next morning. The movers who arrived on Sunday were excellent. They were professional, friendly, hardworking, and respectful throughout the move. When a piece of glass was damaged during the move, they immediately took responsibility and went out of their way to have a replacement cut before continuing. Their customer service and effort were appreciated. My frustration is with the scheduling and communication from the company. I lost an entire day waiting, had to repeatedly call for updates myself, and was not informed until late in the day that the move would not be happening as scheduled. Moving an elderly family member is stressful enough without spending hours wondering whether the movers are coming. The final bill was just over $1,000 for an 11-mile move from a storage unit to an apartment. While I understand moving services are expensive, the cost made the communication and scheduling issues even more disappointing. The movers themselves deserve recognition for the job they did, but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor communication and unreliable scheduling.

This was, without question, the worst moving experience I've ever had…read more I was scheduled as the second move of the day, but the crew didn't arrive until nearly 7:00 PM and didn't finish until around 2:30 AM. There was zero proactive communication about the delay, which made it incredibly difficult to plan--especially as a single parent managing a full move. This timeline severely impacted my children as well. I have kids, including a teenager who works, and none of us were able to get proper sleep because the move went so late into the night. It wasn't just inconvenient--it disrupted our entire household. Despite having a three-person crew, the move was extremely slow and inefficient. I ended up paying around $2,000 for a move that: * Was completed in the middle of the night * Left items in the wrong rooms * Resulted in missing (and expensive) cords * Forced me to leave items behind because I was exhausted and couldn't afford more time The lack of communication, poor time management, and overall execution were unacceptable. I do not feel the charges reflect the service that was provided. I would strongly caution others before booking. This experience added unnecessary stress to what should have been an exciting transition.

He said he'd find out what was going on, and call me back in 5 minutes. He called back about an hour later, and said they were on the way. They finally showed up at 1:00. Three hours late! I'm supposed to turn my keys in to my apartment by 5, so this is already bad. They said the owner never even told them they were supposed to be there between 9-10. They show up with a small U-Haul truck! I already knew everything wasnt going to fit, but they're determined to try. I was busy doing things myself, and I didn't think they'd need to be supervised, but they were trying to get everything done so fast that they constantly dropped boxes, dropped whole loads off of the dollys, and shoved everything in the truck no matter which way they had to stuff it in. Needless to say, they damaged stuff while doing this, and still couldn't fit it all in! Then they just left for the new house leaving all of my remaining property sitting outside of my apartment! Not only that, they left it all blocking the staircase that 2 other apartments use! During all of this, the boss showed up to help. Never introduced himself as the owner, didn't apologize for the situation, and copped an attitude when I told him how terrible this whole situation was! We got to the new house, and the movers apparently got lost, so it took them over an hour on a 20 minute drive. When I called to inquire about where they were, the owner said, "Well, they've been working hard, and probably stopped to eat. They're human too." What kind of answer is that?! I'm not paying by the hour for them to stop and eat! I hadn't even eaten myself all day because of this situation! Regardless, they got lost, and the owner didn't have a clue what he was talking about. They unloaded everything, and couldn't even put most of the stuff in the right place. It ended up taking 8 hours total to move a 2-bedroom apartment with 4 guys working! The owner said he gave me $100 off, but the total still came out to 8 hours of work. Now, the owner is completely ignoring me about damages. He's extremely unprofessional, hardly ever answers the phone, takes hours or days to call you back, no apologies or regrets at all. I've moved dozens of times in my life, and this was, by far, the worst move ever. Avoid this business like the plague!

And, after reading these Yelp reviews, it appears owner Josh Keeler hasn't done much to curb the theft issue within his company for several years. On 6/18/26 2 Fellas Moving Co. was hired to move part of our household to storage as part of a restoration situation after a pipe burst in our home. Three men came, loaded the truck & left. Shortly after they left, we realized our jewelry had been stolen. (Engagement, wedding & 40th anniversary rings & more) We called for the moving truck to be sent back, which it was. Several managers & owners were present. Kyle, the 2 Fellas manager, was rude, condescending, dismissive, complacent & had a total lack of empathy. He suggested the truck be completely unloaded (by the same men who stole the jewelry), which we declined. Ultimately, nothing was recovered. We asked that the owner, Josh Keeler, get a new crew to finish moving our job, which he did. We filed a police report. That evening, we Google searched the movers names with two results showing for two of the three men: 1. a FB post described the exact same theft situation with the same two men less than two months previous (4/24/26) while they worked at another moving company 2. a recent violent felony charge on file for one of the men 3. We texted those search results to 2 Fellas owner Owner of 2 Fellas, Josh Keeler, showed up unannounced early the next day to visit with us. He let us know he "had no idea", that he had fired the two suspected thieves, he "apologized" & left. He never offered compensation. Two weeks later, we reached out to Josh Keeler to ask what his company's policy was regarding compensation. He emailed saying insurance would contact us likely that day. After another two weeks and several "you'll hear something soon", we received a voicemail asking for use to return the call, which we have done four different times with no response thus far.
