The 2 guys that came to our job were smiling and hard working. They were patient with us as we fretted about fitting everything or fretted about protection of items but soon we knew we were in experienced hands. I've used movers all over the country and know what a crap shoot it can be to get a good one. I'd done the small packing but they handled larger furniture and flat screens. It takes a rare talent to load a U-Haul 5x8 trailer and have a well distributed load. They fit everything like a puzzle and they did it in 2 hours. Your crew and your excellent communication about expectations and arrival actually made move out day a very good day! When they left we were all smiles because of the smooth process. If I could give 0 stars I would. Movers were slow (probably because its paid by the hour) there was a recliner I was going to get rid of and one of them asked if the could have it. I said sure. O figured they would load it if there was room. Nope, they loaded it while I was in the house and ended of leaving some of my things at the house. I was given a quote and they charged me $1000 more than the quote. I called before I booked them and asked "does this quote cover everying? No hidden milage fees or gas? It's just the $184 per hour?" I was told yes. Wrong. They charged me. They also did not notify me in advance there would be a charge for using a debit card to pay. Well kind of hard to pay cash when I don't know the exact cost. Besides TV's they wouldn't load anything with a chord that wasn't in a box. They had a big list of things they wouldn't load or cover that I was not told about when I scheduled them. When I called to discuss the matter I was told by someone named Sarah that she would review the recordings and get back to me the following day. Requested a move for 12/2/24 and was quoted $150 an hour, a 2 hour job for two men they quoted. They showed up at the appointed time and started to slow roll the move which was around the corner exactly one minute trip from door to door. You see, I had moved more than half the 900sq ft contents in days past because it was just around the corner. I needed help with the heavier items. The move included 2 3piece bedroom suits with mattress, small filing cabinet, small stand up jewelry box, foot locker, love seat, couch, chair, ottoman, 4tvs, 2tv stands, fridge, stove, small chest deep freezer, 5boxes of food, about 7 Rubbermaid type tubs, pole lamp, washer & dryer, sofa table. It took those guys 5 (FIVE) hours to make that move around the corne! Unlike the other 2 men with a truck they just set my furniture in such disarray I still can't find everything. The other movers always wrap ALL my furniture and whether complimentary or not, they set my beds back up and connect my washer and dryer. My chest freezer was dented as well as my dryer. They drug my mattress foundation across the dirty truck floor and its a nasty mess now. As I sorted through this disaster and discovered these mishaps I called the company. Susan wanted to play 20 questions as to why I'm calling almost 2weeks later and how the movers moved things or covered things. To stop her madness I had to inform her I don't have time to play games to get something for nothing and what will they do about it. She wanted pics that I sent and said she'd have the owner call me;which he did., finally, this past Monday. He left a message for a call back which I've not done yet.Its more important that I write this review to help anyone considering hiring this company;I'll return his call in the AM. I've NEVER had to pay a $135 deposit while hiring the other guys with trucks! People, I tell you with all I've said here they charged me $805 to move half of a 900sq ft house around the corner, 2 doors down! OUTRAGEOUS! Without reasonable resolution I'll also contact Consumer Affairs and my attorney is on speed dial. This is Outrageous fleecing of consumers If I could give -0 stars I would! I work in customer service, so I have a lot of grace when it comes to workers and their time, but when my parents get disrespected, you bet your ass I will not take it lying down. I genuinely feel so bad for their workers except for Corey, or however, you spell his name; he is a grown man who threw a tantrum at my mom and was so rude to her. Reading the reviews there's a consistency and was my experience also once they had my credit card I didn't even have a choice to object about the crazy overcharge. They left half my stuff behind or stole it. They dragged my mattress through something nasty it was bad enough I replaced it I had the same experience everyone else did the worst transaction with a company that could be. I meet the movers to pick up my leather sofa. Was in a very rush. They remover and put on truck. I noticed that there was nothing to cover the couch. We got back to my house to put the sofa up. There is a place were the leather came apart. I didn't notice until they had left. Also they didn't connect the sofa correct. We are not able to us enjoy it at all. TLDR: 2 Fellas walked out on a job one hour in because they for got it was scheduled, didn't have enough time to pack the house, and did not like when I asked them to please be more careful with my valuables. To top it off, Josh (owner/operator) lied on a few occasions. Highly unprofessional business. What happened in detail: 2 Fellas arrived 30 minutes late and immediately informed me that they had a) forgotten about my pack out (and that the owner, Josh, even admitted to his daughter who was one of my packers that he had completely forgotten about my move though I scheduled it a month in advance with Josh), b) the two packers needed to leave at 130p instead of doing a full day pack, and c) they miscalculated the amount of work and it was actually a 2-day pack. I was fine with having a two day-pack and pushing the actual move by a day. However, regardless, even when they thought it was a one-day pack, they came unprepared for it because they knew upon arrival that they could only stay 4 hours. So whether it was a 1- or 2- day pack, 2Fellas was completely unprepared for my pack and move today and tomorrow. For that, I eventually got blamed. Josh's daughter spent a lot of time on the phone trying to help fix 2Fellas's errors. I was also fine with that, except I was paying $165/hr for two packers and only one was working. Eventually 4 other men show up to pack. Two are great and get right to work. Two others act like they have no idea what they are doing: i.e. not using tape to build boxes, but rather folding the flaps of the box under and over each other to close the bottoms (everything would fall out immediately as soon as it was picked up.) I asked him to use tape, he complained he didn't have tape (there were 8-10 rolls in plain sight and he was shown the tape as soon as he arrived. Another gentleman was packing books into an extra large box. The female packers just had the conversation with me that books have to be packed in small boxes due to the weight. I politely asked the man, "I don't mean to be rude, but have you packed before?" He said yes. I said okay and left him to it. I spoke to the females (the original packers on the job that were leaving at 130p) and they agreed this was not proper protocol for packing and that "the men have been trained better. That's ridiculous." One female packer said, don't worry, "I'll just go in there and repack his work." Thats unfair to me if I have to pay the hourly twice to pack the same boxes because someone that 2Fellas sent to my house in order to fix their scheduling error, had no idea what he was doing. I then got a call from the owner Josh, who immediately pulled his crew and canceled my pack and move with no notice. Josh did not ask me what was going on, what the problem was, how he could fix it, nothing. He called to tell me they quit I'm considered rude because I stuck up for myself and I asked for things to be done properly by all the packers, not just a few. It seems that the owner's young daughter has confidence issues. We got along fine until I told her two of the men were not packing properly. I expressed over and over that I was pleased with her and just needed her help ensure things weren't broken. Then her feelings were hurt. She did not voice any concerns with me, instead she got back on the phone with her dad to cry. In the end, I got one hour of disorganized packing and confusion out of 2Fellas while one worker spent her entire time on the phone, one smoked a cigarette in his car, and yet another needed someone else to come redo his work. And then they quit. Josh called my husband, who was at work, and lied to him saying I kicked the workers out and that's why the move can't be completed. Untrue. They quit. Josh pulled the job, so I asked everyone to please leave my house. Josh was completely unprepared for this pack. All he needed to do was reschedule with me. Instead he brought in inexperienced workers to try to compensate for his errors. It was supposed to be a two-person pack. Suddenly I had 6 people in my house and I had to pay extra for the 4 men because only 2 were scheduled. I have every right to be frustrated about 4 additional strangers in my house. I'm disgusted by this company. Completely unprofessional and unwilling to make amends or admit fault. Josh also lied and tried to blame me for the miscommunication on the size of the house and time to pack. He claimed he never, ever spoke to me. I informed his daughter that we had spoken and I knew it was him because I learned he was Enid and he went to high school there. We discussed how we knew some of the same people. We discussed that one of the packers for my move would be his daughter. I told his daughter all this information that I knew about her dad and she agreed that he had to have been the one I talked to to set up/schedule the move because there is no other way I'd know any of that information about Josh had he not spoken to me and made the schedule. read more

I called Two Fellas for an estimate to move from a 2,000 sq ft, two story house to a slightly smaller house. I was estimated 4-5 hours with a 2 man team. (My house is not that cluttered.). I also had their quoter come by and give me a more precise estimate. He quoted 5-6 hours with a two man team. They arrived on time with a FOUR man team. Everything was boxed and labeled with the rooms they needed to be moved to. At the end of two hours they were running out of room in the truck that was supposed to have plenty of space. The new guy on the team spent most of his time laughing and talking. Two were wrapping the couch as the other two watched. They scratched up multiple walls. I still don't know where the bolts are to my dresser mirror. After 6 hours they finally finished the job, after literally putting stuff wherever they wanted to. I just wanted to get them out of there! They actually put the nightstand beside my bed, but it was turned around backwards where the drawers faced the wall ...I was still nice enough to tip $60 each. DO NOT BE FOOLED, "BONDED AND INSURED" DOESN'T COVER THEFT!! I hired 2 Fellas Moving Company for a 2.5 hour move from Checotah OK to Stillwater, OK for my disabled friend. In hindsight I should have stayed with the loaded truck, but the two employees discouraged it because of their fully-loaded slow speed (that should have been my first clue!) It was just a few days into unpacking that we discovered some missing items: glass table top, tarp, and most importantly 2-Bose 301 Bookshelf Speakers! I contacted James, the local supervisor, and he was able to locate the glass table top and the tarp, but no Bose Speakers. I opened every box thinking I'd find those speakers...NOTHING! I dug through the boxes again (just to make sure) before calling corporate to report a theft. I spoke to Susan at the Tulsa, OK corporate office, she was very nice and truly sympathetic. I explained how we did not stay with the truck, and asked her to check the vehicle GPS. She did find two stops (one was not in route). Unfortunately, Susan was only allowed by the 2 Fellas owner to offer a $100 "courtesy" compensation (taking no responsibility in the theft) It makes me sick to think I chose this company to move my friend, she has very few things of value and those mint-condition speakers were her pride and joy! I hired 2 Fellas or I should say Allied Van Lines outsourced my business to them. It was not a good experience. Thought everything was set until day of move when I was blasted by the woman in charge because I hadn't packed up every item in my house myself. I told her I would pack as much as I could but couldn't do it alone. Heidi called and literally yelled at me for not having everything packed and tried to shame me for having to come and help. Said she had a concussion and had to get out of bed to come help. Well, I'm sorry she had a concussion and was short on people. I told her ahead of time I needed more than 2 people to help with this. Yes, the kitchen was a lot but I told them in advance, as well as pictures and electronics and computer equipment. Other than that it was really just a closet of cleaning supplies. I ended up helping them and packing as much extra as I could as I felt guilty despite hiring them to do this. Part of it is my fault for hiring them, and also not knowing their expectations. Still, the behavior towards me was very unprofessional. Other than the actual movers, no communication with me on day of move. I just tried to stay out of their way and help where I could. Upon arriving to the new house which was too small for my things (I knew this and rented a storage unit) the guys unloaded were very progressional. Only issue was they were in a huge rush when we got to the storage unit and damaged my bike, threw boxes on top of boxes clearly marked "fragile", etc. Lastly, and very important, no inventory (movers should always inventory everything) was taken and I can't find half my stuff. Could be in storage because boxes they did pack were poorly labeled. I don't know. I wouldn't use them again. Best I can say is so far it appears most things I can find are intact, but I'll have to go through many more boxes to be sure. Several things are missing, but could have been thrown in random boxes. I've had bad luck with movers and next time will do even more due diligence. Learned my lesson with 2 Fellas. To anyone in Oklahoma City, if you call Allied and they can't do it, call another major mover. I regret not doing this. read more

I can not stress enough the level of unprofessionalism this company portrays in its management and movers. While the movers are friendly and did ask specifics on where we wanted stuff placed in the new destination, a lot of our stuff was damaged and scuffed, on multiple occasions during the move we was told to help them move stuff under the pretext it would "lower our finale bill" only did it cause a cheaper bill does sound good ( no idea if it changed the price ) but they was going to " drop the boxes off the balcony to the guy below ". there where times one mover would disappear for 10-15 mins not taking stuff to the truck. They also spent more time flirting with my mother in law than actually moving. Did not wrap washer and dryer or secure it to lift going down stairs. When we called the company about the damages they told us it was our problem cause we packed the boxes ourself and they don't cover furniture made of particleboard ( they charge extra + hourly rate to pack your boxes ) and they said they may be able to offer 50 dollars for damages to everything ( which we did not receive ). the dresser itself cost 200 dollars, not including the other personal items damaged, they claimed to have worked longer than they did. overall cannot recommended this company unless absolutely necessary, read all the fine print, and be prepared for broken property. read more

Both fellas that loaded truck worked their tails off. 1 of the fellas that unloaded truck (different pair of fellas) goofed off most of the time. Fellas that tore the hell out of my fridge admitted they did ..then lied to bosses saying, "He refused to let us remove the doors after we told him we'd need to to put fridge in kitchen. I didn't even know they were moving fridge or had damaged it until they came to me AFTER they tore the he'll out of it. It took over 10 phone calls to get any response from Jim Griffin who I was advised handled this sort of issue. Finally....almost 6 weeks later they delivered a new fridge door...but said, "Since there was a discrepancy over what happened, I WOULD NEED TO DO THE LABOR ON THE DOOR MYSELF. The only questionable decision I made was hiring this outfit in the first place...Yet I was expected to do THEIR work for them! There are reputable businesses that do business right. This isn't the worst company out there...but it is far from the best. Find another option!! read more

Mike and Chris showed up today at my apartment in Stillwater, OK and my dad and I bought a pretty small U-Haul trailer, taking whatever they had left due to a number of people moving out this weekend. The guys did a great job at the beginning. Some items were scuffed and/or damaged, but I would expect that to some extent. The low rating is b/c they didn't respond to our phone calls to find and return the remainder of our bed frame. We were told the frame was in another truck. Mike "fixed" the frame with a broom handle and taped it together when they moved the bed in way back the end of June. Josh said he would look into the situation, but no result. It appears that once this company is paid (even more than the asking price), they are done with you. We are still missing at least one item and maybe more will be determined when we are done packing. We were left hanging by another moving company in Northwest Arkansas and had to scramble. We gave Nick with 2 Fellas a call and he luckily had a cancellation for the next day and was able to squeeze us in with only 24 hours notice. It was excellent customer service. On the day of the move, Zane, Miguel, and Trace arrived on-time and were very professional and courteous. They were able to get everything loaded onto the truck with no issues. We drove the 30 minutes over to our new house and they unloaded everything just fine. Can't say enough about these guys and how great they were to work with! Terrible experience. What should have taken 4 hours max (including 45 min drive from Bartlesville to Tulsa) took 12 HOURS! I had all of my belongings packed, separated, wrapped with storage blankets, and the two guys that showed up did not follow my request of how to pack the truck. Doing it their way, they took 4 hours to pack the truck, it should have taken 1.5. (And I know it should have been that quick, because I was able to pack the storage unit in 2 hours. Which, if they had packed it the way I asked, would have been faster). The truck was bigger than my storage unit, so packing it should have been faster than packing the storage unit. Then, when we got to Tulsa, they brought in a new 2nd guy, who UNWRAPPED all of my antique furniture (thinking it was their wrapping blankets) so all of the work I spent wrapping the previous 2 days was ruined. Then, he rewrapped it, but did a shitty job, costed me more of my time and wanted to charge me for the plastic wrap and tape. I thought - "Wait a second - if they wouldn't have unwrapped it - they wouldn't have had to rewrap it." I refused to pay for the tape and plastic wrap. Then, the two guys had literally NO IDEA how to load the 10x12 storage unit. We left them soon after they got there for an hour to go get dinner, and when we came back, they were at a standstill, heavy boxes were outside on top of light FRAGILE boxes and the storage unit hallway was filled haphazardly with boxes and furniture and the storage unit had a few large furniture items and a few boxes. My Italian leather couch was topped by my spindle dining chairs, topped by a 70 lb king mattress!! Who would pack each of those items on top of the other?! I asked the guy - didn't he think that big heavy mattress might break my chairs, and that the mattress weight and chairs would ruin the couches??? He was clueless as to the problem it may cause. We started that morning at 9:30am, it was now almost 7:30pm and I had an 80 yr old woman with me, 45 min from home, no toilet open and it's cold outside. I was so mad and so tired after packing the last few days. I thought we'd be done by 4:00pm, but no - it's 7:30pm and now I had to help these guys pack the storage unit or we would never get back to Bartlesville. I ended up taking over to packing of the storage unit. I had the guys take out everything they had put in, clear the hallway and we started from scratch. Within two hours, with me touching every box and directing them of what to bring me, I packed the storage unit. I had a conversation with the office about the terrible service and refused to pay for all of the extra hours. Then, 6 weeks later, the owners have now charged my VISA - without authorization - $947 for the hours that the inept crew spent to do a half-assed job - and I had to train them on how to pack a storage unit. I did all of the work getting the storage facility packed. Now I'm really pissed they charge my card without me knowing or without my authorization. I paid them the initial $116 deposit for truck and gas. But I refuse to pay for work that was not quality or proper. One of the movers told me at the end of the night, "No one at our office could have packed this unit the way you did. I would have never got it all to fit. If you ever need a job, we could use you." I didn't get back to our hotel until 11:45PM. I missed my farewell dinner with friends at the Price Tower and we had to get up early the next morning to take a plane. It was a very hard day on me, and even harder day on my 80 yr old friend. By far, the worst mover experience ever - and I've moved multiple times - including across the ocean twice, and helping friends move via Uhaul. The two guys were nice and hard workers - but they didn't have a clue about how to handle property or pack a storage unit. I do not recommend, in any way, the Tulsa office. Had heard good things about this company, but have been very disappointed. They damaged our clothes washer and our refrigerator door. The part for the washer came and was installed. We have dealt with 3 different people since we arranged the move because no one seems to stay in their job. The second person ordered the fridge door, supposedly stored it for us until it could be installed, quit, and now they can't find the door. Communication is terrible. You can leave calls and emails and they are ignored. This seems to just go on and on with no resolution. The prep of our furniture looked great, but apparently they still managed to damage appliances. Overall, a very frustrating experience with this company and this was a local move. This is the first time I have ever used a moving company and I will NEVER use them again. I was moving from state to state and the men were late getting there that morning. I guess that should have been my first clue it would not go right. The movers did pad the furniture and taped the pads down; however, after removing the tape and pads, most of the furniture has marks where the tape removed the finish of the wood furniture. Also they did not move everything even though they told me they specifically had loaded things I asked about. As I went through the house after they left I found a TV, shelves and other things they did not load. I had to load them in my car and transport them myself. (After pay what I had to pay that ticks me off a lot!) There was significant damage to an armoire, curio cabinet and the entertainment center that required a furniture repairman. The company did send out the furniture repairman and paid his for his services, but the hassle was frustrating. It took forever to get ahold of the company and get someone to return my calls for repairs. The movers also lost a piece off my Dyson vacuum cleaner (which was very expensive) and I still have not received the new part or an offer to reimburse (my move date was March 2, 2018 and today is May 5, 2018). I had to go out an purchase a new sweeper (at around $200) just to move in and clean the new apartment. The movers were very nice men but not very attentive to being careful. Then when they finished they implied it was expected for me to tip them. Not knowing any different I did, but now I wish I had not. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I was and am with this company and I will not only NEVER use them again, but I will advise my friends who have a move coming up in the next two months to NOT use this company! Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the movers. The two gentlemen who arrived were courteous, professional and took exceptional care in moving my belongings. Nothing was broken or damaged. However, they arrived an hour late. Also, I received quotes from 3 different moving companies and they all said my job would take 3-4 hours. It took 2fellas 7 1/2 hours after I was quoted 3-5 hours. So, after showing up late and taking double the time, I spent an entire day waiting on movers that I wasn't planning on. They also charged me for the extra time. I called the manager and after he argued with me for while, finally agreed to come down some on the rate (he took 1 hour off the time). I will probably use someone else next time. read more

This was first time ordering from Two Fellas. I recently ordered a delivery and it took an excessively long amount of time. When delivered I found that half of my order was missing, and I find that unacceptable due to the fact that I've worked in delivery for over 4 years and always went out of my way to make sure that didn't happen. While I can understand a delay when busy being careless enough to just figure part of my order while charging me for the whole thing and not fixing it before they closed is upsurd. I usually try to be understanding but they made that an impossible task. They also gave me the wrong price over the phone and asked for more than what I was told when they showed up.. I had a bad experience with a move from another company (a couple of guys who had a truck) 12 years ago. Left a horrible taste in my mouth that I've done everything I can to keep from moving again. Finally, I had to recently & a neighbor had a great things to say about them. Still, I shopped around but ended up going with 2 fellas. Such a refreshing experience after what I've been through previously. Was given the estimate & the guys showed up when promised & all were professional. Special thanks to Kyle--he was quick, thorough careful but efficient. All guys worked their tails off. Won't be in a rush to move again but will not use anyone else. Had two fellas move us a couple weeks ago. I am disappointed because we still have stuff to move that they didn't move and not sure how we will since we don't have a truck. It was pretty pricy for them to not move everything! They left lamps, frames, more importantly the bed frame and headboard and a dresser. How are we suppose to fit a bed and dress in a 2 door car?! They didn't have tools to take bed frame apart. The dresser I guess they forgot it. Lamps, frames and other items they wouldn't move unless it came in original box. I have never been a fan of public shaming a company, but the time has come. Save yourself the headache and the expense before hiring 2 Fellas & A Big Vehicle out of Tulsa. First and foremost, my sons wireless Xbox controller mysteriously vanished between his bedroom in BA and his bedroom in Edmond. Also, the so-called "professional movers" caused a ridiculous amount of damage to our belongings, yet blame me for not having a sufficient amount of moving pads. There is also damage to the items I paid the extra money to have wrapped. How am I supposed to know if they need additional moving pads if I'm not notified of said issue? I hired movers for a reason. They are the "professionals," not me. Instead they fail to inform me of my unprotected belongings, and sent me on my merry little way. Meanwhile, my clueless self drives to Edmond and discovers the disaster while unloading. 116 miles later, and their claim of insufficient pads {without ever mentioning it to me}, I'm left with a $362 moving bill, hundreds of dollars worth of damage, along with replacing a $50+ Xbox controller. They refuse to accept any responsibility for the damages or accept responsibility for the missing controller that mysteriously vanished. The lack of customer service their claims manager, Jim, has shown is absolutely appalling. Blantantly avoiding a customer with a claim for 3 weeks, also, blatantly blaming me for the said damage by not having sufficient moving pads when I was never told by the "professional movers" that I needed additional protection, never returning phone calls, or procrastinating on following up is ridiculous! Again, save yourself the headache and avoid this company. This company is simply careless when it comes to your personal belongings. Disappointed with a capital D, that's all I can say. It began when Josh, apparently the owner of the company, came to give an estimate. I took him all round the house, inside and out, and he gave me a figure. Before the 'big move', though, we rented a U-Haul and actually moved most of our boxes- including all our books,my husband's tools, and a lot of garden stuff- well over a thousand pounds' worth (my husband thinks it was closer to 2000). Lo and behold- we got charged exactly the same nonetheless. When I protested, pointing out all that we'd moved ourselves, all I got was a verbal shrug and a lukewarm "Sorry". The movers who packed our stuff were fine- polite and respectful. It still took quite a while to load up. At the other end, for some unknown reason, the company only supplied two guys to unload- one of whom was 16 years old. It ended up taking 8 hours....Some things were left on the front lawn, and some furniture didn't get unwrapped. There was a little damage, but not too much. I have to say, everyone we dealt with was nice enough, and respectful, as I mentioned- but overall the vastly underestimated weight of our goods was dismaying, and the time the move took, exhaustingly long. Sigh. In my experience, all movers are pretty mediocre. I wouldn't recommend these guys. Still looking for a decent company. read more

This company lost 4-5 boxes plus a wardrobe that had high-end designer suits in it. Their staff ruined two expensive tables and it has taken them almost 2 months to even get someone to come and fix them, if they can even be fixed. DO NOT USE THEM! read more

Wish I would have done more research, got suckered in by a postcard giving me a percentage off my move. The quote for the 5 mile move came back at a little over $300 for a one bedroom move but when all was said and done it was closer to $1,000. I would not recommend this company! Not sure why you thought it was a one story I specifically told the person on the phone it was a 3 story (probably stated that in the on-line request for quote as well) and I told the person on the phone Everything that needed to be moved! read more

I cannot recommend the Tulsa company in good faith. I hired them for my in-laws bc they were the ONLY company that answers the phone with a real human being and their rates were comparable to other movers. I was assured of their professionalism and capability. There are quite a few nice reviews on the www. Unfortunately, this was not the experience that we had. LOTS of damages!!! They did show up roughly on time, 15 mins late. Not a big deal. 2 very young men, very polite and strong. Right off the bat they had worried looks on their faces as my in-laws have really NICE things. No Van Goghs or the like, but fragile antiques and some large furniture pieces. It took them a LONG time to walk thru the house and make a plan how to load the truck. The 1st half of the day things went very slowly. They called for a back-up crew as they knew they needed much more help. I was not informed before I hired them how this would work. It cost a LOT more. All workers took 1 hour and 20 minutes for lunch. We were wondering if they had absconded with the stuff that was already loaded. One guy yanked an intricately carved wooden antique shelf off the wall and then knocked the finial off the top going thru the door. One guy took a box marked FRAGILE and flipped it over and leaned it up against the wall. He told us several times he had to leave about 5. He was obviously in a huge hurry bc as he and 1 other were moving a sentimental antique vanity downstairs, they didn't bother to remove the 2 screws that hold the mirror in place. That would have taken maybe 90 seconds of care. So halfway down, the mirror bounces loose, hits the guy in the head, then the floor and shatters. Shards of mirror go flying all over the carpet and wood floor. and the frame of the mirror is broken in multiple pieces. It took over 30 mins to get the mess cleaned up, mostly me doing the work. The carved shelf had 3 total broken pieces by the time it arrived at the new place. Another worker tried to carry a chair by himself, dropped it, lost the protective thing that is nailed in the bottom of the leg, stepped on the nail, dropped the chair again, ripped it out of his foot and threw it in the bushes. Luckily I saw this and retrieved the nail thing. We were charged for a thing called a gondola, which is just a big box for artwork, which i was not informed beforehand of the extra charge. So much for the gondola, one of the oil paintings had about a 2 inch patch where the paint was rubbed completely off and the canvas was stretched. There was a box of kitchen utensils which was dropped and the contents scattered across the ground. They were scooped back up and taken upstairs without saying 'hey these are dirty.' I witnessed this also. 1 guy carried all the dining chairs one handed with the other hand holding his cell phone and talking the whole time. We thought the day was done and the last thing was moving a curio cabinet. Mr Cell Phone picked it up by himself (2 hands) and dropped it, crashing into a granite countertop, by some Heaven-sent miracle it landed on the corner of the wooden frame so glass did not shatter, but it did crack the wood and was no longer squared up. The day ended on a very sour note, to say the least. 2 days pass and my in-laws are unable to find an end table. We were all sure it had been loaded. So I called to see if they had left it on the truck. I had to speak with several different people to finally find out that they had broken one of the table legs and never unloaded it and they also didn't bother to tell us about it. So I called the office manager who was not apologetic or helpful. She even said, "Well you signed off on the standard damage plan." I decided I would deal with the owner thereafter. Josh (owner) was not apologetic either for all the damages and the hassle, but he did agree to have his furniture repair guy fix everything without charging us. The furniture repair guy was excellent but we had to make all the phone calls to him, 2 Fellas had pretty well washed their hands of the whole deal. The man who is supposed to handle the damage control never did call me back or email me. The last thing was I had to contact the office manager to get them to send me a copy of the invoice, which we were not given. The only thing I can say is the owner did make things as right as possible, considering the extent of the damages (except for the oil painting) and I did request a certain percentage be refunded. He did comply with my request. I said give us the refund and we won't even bother trying to get the painting fixed, we'll take care of that ourselves. We were very disappointed with 2 fellas. The original two movers that were sent were very slow and we felt like they were "milking the clock" all day. It took them 11 hours to move our three bedroom house and they even had some assistance from an additional two movers that the company sent. We were originally quoted an hourly rate based on a standard 5-7 hours for a three bedroom house. Needless to say, the charges were well beyond what we expected. Two pieces of our furniture were damaged in the move and we have yet to hear back from 2 fellas about repairing them. There are so many options for movers in the Tulsa area. I wish we had gone with another company. read more

I have to say that I was disappointed with this mover; however, the manager and the movers themselves made it work at the end. Here's what you need to know to make it a better move. Have them come out to look at your stuff before they quote you a time and cost. The girl in the office was WAY off! She quoted 3 hours and it took 9-1/2 hours. That's at $100 per hour for two men. She did not give us any guidelines on what could be moved, so I found out at the last minute that my front loader washer/dryer could not be disconnected or connected by them. We had to hire another party to do that part. Near the end, they started saying they couldn't move everything. However, the manager came out and figured out that they could. He also compensated me for the W/D issue. So, they did redeem themselves. The movers themselves worked REALLY hard and did a good job. Just be prepared and ask questions. Hi Josh, I appreciate the apology, but here are the facts: --I was advised by your driver that the cost of the damage to my antique wouldn't be covered because I only had the basic insurance, so I didn't bother to let you know. -- If you would like to cover the cost of me trying to get it restored, if that is in fact possible, I'm happy to send you a bill for the repairs. --Your driver told me the damage to my antique was the result of your packers placing extremely heavy objects on top of it, the result of inept, unprofessionally loading my things onto the truck. --The reason half of my belongings had to be repacked, per your mover who showed up the next day to load, was because they were packed in an unsafe, sloppy fashion, and wouldn't have made the trip. --You know that to be true because you had to reduce the amount you were going to charge me for packing, because of the prior day's terrible packing job. It wasn't because I had gone through anything. --The loader on the second day also told me in the future never to use your moving co., but to go with a trusted national carrier like United. Great advice that I will definitely follow. --You were supposed to deliver my things at 9 a.m. on a Friday. I called your office around 11:30 and was assured your movers would be there shortly, when in fact, your office was never in contact with them, because they didn't have cell phones! --Lying is never good business. --Your mishandling of the day my things were supposed to arrive cost me a day off of work. -- Your comment, "Late, yes" is an understatement. --The reason I decided to take delivery Sat. morning instead of Friday night was because your movers didn't arrive until 10:30 p.m. that night!! --I had to sleep on the floor because of it. --And again, you couldn't get in touch with them throughout that entire evening because they had no cell phones -- unprofessional at the least -- ridiculous at best. --And yes, you worked with me to let me pay the final portion (around $800) of the bill, I appreciate it. -- What you fail to mention is that you were already paid $5,000 by the organization moving me. --I've been moved all around the country and never have experienced such ineptitude, poor service, and unprofessionalism as I experienced with your company, 2 Fellas & A Big Vehicle Moving Co. --You should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Horrible customer service. I called 2 fellas to move my office to another location 10min away. Here is my issue with them.... They destroyed 2 of my office desk while trying to load them into the truck. The movers laid the desk on their sides and tried putting them on a dolly when all they had to do is lift the desk straight up and carry them out. These are small admin desk. They claim that those were new guys and just apologized and did not offer any compensation. They already had my cc on file from the deposit and just charged the full amount. Customer BEWARE! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! My church needed to help move an elderly gentleman from a second floor apartment to a first floor apartment on a Saturday. We contracted with 2 Fellas to move the big items. First off, they were supposed to be there around 2 p.m. with an acknowledgement that it was a window of sorts. They would come when they were done with the first job. At 1 pm, we got a call saying it would be 3 before they could make it. 3 came and went without a phone call even though I called and text messaged more than once. At 3:45 I got a text saying it would be at least another 45 minutes before they were done and then they would make their way to us. That couldn't work for our timeline and they rescheduled to Monday. Monday came and the bill came to reveal that we were charged not only the gas fee which has been explained before hand, but a driving fee which turned out to be a fee to have them come at all. After literally 5 phone calls and threatening to dispute the charges on my credit card, they gave us the driving fee back BUT with no acknowledgment of the terrible service we received or that we should not have been inconvenienced like we were. They were difficult to deal with on the phone and more than one time on the phone I was confused with another customer who was also upset. No surprise. read more
