For a ski resort cafe, this place is pretty good. Located in the middle of the mountain, this place is hard to miss because it's right off the main gondola. The prices are decent, and the soup is great. How can you pass up on a big bowl of warm clam chowder and chili after a morning of snowboarding in the cold wind and snow? There's also pizza, warm coffee, and some kind of asian stir fry chicken station. I'd say it's a decent sized selection for a place located up on the hills. And the great thing is, the prices are the same as the prices at the bottom of the hill, so you don't feel ripped off for not snowboarding another 15 minutes to the bottom to grab food. Overall, worth coming back again and again

$60 for two sandwiches, fries, and a bowl of chili help. my wallet is crying!! there is alot of seating here and a bar with a couple of decent food options but the price just gets you. Of course, this is the only place that serves food on the mountain so they don't have any competition but geez louise, they dont have to do us like that food tasted good but i just wish the price was more reasonable!

Would order it again. Had the thai soup with shrimp- the shrimp were grilled perfectly ( they were juicy and tender , yet flavorful) the broth was a little on the thin flavorless side which is such an easy fix - just use more coconut milk. The noodles were a little hard to eat with the soup- didn't know whether to use a fork or spoon or both. The salmon with cheesy grits - the grits were delicious but the salmon seemed a-little mealy vs flaky . Maybe it wasn't very fresh but overall the dish was tasty and all the elements worked well together.

We snagged the last patio table around 4pm on a weekend. There is an amazing view of the mountain from this patio and it's a great people-watching spot while you hang out and relax. They don't have many waiters who come out to serve the patio, so the hostess told my husband he should go inside to order then the food/drinks would be brought out to us. I was expecting the food to take forever based on how busy they were but was pleasantly surprised that it was only a 15-20 minute wait! We got two appetizers, the baked brie and mediterranean platter. The baked brie was delicious but should have been served with apple slices, crackers, or something to dip with. The mediterranean platter came with all kinds of snacks including hummus, olives, feta, artichoke hearts, and pita. Prices were pretty standard for the village, more than you'd pay for the dish elsewhere but you're paying extra for the view and experience of enjoying it in a ski village. This was a better experience than I've had at other restaurants in this village, so I will definitely be coming back!

These were surprisingly a solid 8/10. It was well seasoned and the texture was crispy. I didn't love the dipping sauce too much, it had a pepper like taste which I didn't care for. I thought the wings stood out on its own and didn't need a sauce! Cesar salad with chicken: this was an easy 10/10. The salad was fresh, and I knew the salad was going to be delicious because they served it with anchovies. Delicious! The chicken reminded me of rotisserie style. Good stuff. Duck Breast: 8/10, I'm usually skeptical on trying duck since I'm a Peking duck lover at dim sum style restaurants, but this was pretty good. It was cooked perfectly, had a decent amount of meat to it. Came with a side of mash potatoes. Dessert: we ordered the pear pie with vanilla ice cream. This was gooood. An easy 10/10. The crust on this pie was made to perfection and had the best texture. The flavor, full pear slices, with a bite of vanilla ice cream, I meannnn, I was definitely thinking about it the next day. Highly recommend! Our server was also extremely kind and attentive which made our experience even better. Overall great restaurant especially if you're staying at the Village in the Palisades!

I ordered the Scallops over a lemon risotto and it was delicious and my husband order the duck breast and was extremely happy! The prices were on the high side but it was worth it for the quality.

Super pricey. $12 for fries, just fries - holy cow! Not a lot of indoor seating at main level. More seating downstairs but it's a ghost town down there. Hard to get to too - think about walking in ski boots, with a tray of food, down a tall flight of stairs. More outdoor seating that works well in good weather. Otherwise it's only good if there are no wind conditions. We prefer the restaurants atop the slopes

She did mention she might be a bit biased since she works in the kitchen, but she was completely right: the food was outstanding. We ordered two burgers, a salad, and an appetizer to share among four people. The portions were very generous and incredibly satisfying. We usually prefer to restaurant-hop and have dessert somewhere else, but the meal was so good that we decided to stay and try dessert as well. While it wasn't quite as impressive as the rest of the food, it was still enjoyable and ended up being the perfect choice since it wasn't overly heavy after such a filling meal. A special mention goes to our waitress, Erin, who was excellent. She was attentive, efficient, and incredibly on top of everything. I always appreciate when a server checks in at the right moment to ask whether you'd like the bill or want to order anything else, and Erin handled everything seamlessly. She got us in and out quickly without ever making us feel rushed.

We ordered the green curry noodle bowl with beef shank added, as well as the seafood pan roast. The noodle bowl came with an overly generous amount of noodles, which made the overall balance of the dish a bit difficult. I found myself having to work through the noodles before getting to much of the curry. The roasted mushrooms and the portion of beef were both quite good. The ingredients each tasted fine on their own, but the bowl didn't quite come together as a cohesive dish. The seafood pan roast was more enjoyable, with a good amount of scallops, shrimp, and salmon. Overall, it was the stronger of the two dishes. While there were some positives, the tasting experience didn't fully meet my expectations, and I don't think I would recommend this spot to others if they are looking for noodle bowl.
