Legitimate pub fare. Guinness and Smithwick's on draft (try a Blacksmith if you've never had one!) Fish and Chips and beef stew were very good. (Really liked their tartar sauce). Friendly and cozy inside. Service was perfect (P.J. !!).

It was ok. The pretzel and the dips were super good! Came out warm and fluffy with good flavor. The cheese was amazing. The lemonade was prob my favorite part of eating here. It was so tart and the splash of grenadine added just the right amount of sweetness to balance it but still make you pucker. The fish was ok, I feel like it was missing some flavor in maybe the batter? The sauce on my sandwich was solid though. The potato sides that came with the dishes though were good. Loved the coating on them and they were very crispy. It has great views from the outdoor seating and is a lovely spot in Tahoe. The service was fine, they didn't refill our waters though and didn't bring another one when I asked but they were kinda busy and we were outside so not holding that too much against them. The view of the mountain was lovely.

Stew. I suggest you pair it with their half and half. Guinness and harp. Delicious

First off. We went here a few times. It was good we returned many times. The service was great. The entire staff makes you for welcome. The ambiance is wonderful. Like I said, we kept coming back. The food was exceptional. We worked our way through the menu and I just want to point out the stew. I'm a super fan of stew and just had to try it. It did not disappoint. The bread they give with it is also a treat. I dug into the stew only to find a bonus mound of mashed potatoes in the center under the stew. The meat was so delectable and the vegetables were so soft yet not too soft or mushy. Enjoy!!

Shepard's pie - veggies were good too

Came in on a Sunday night in October - it was pretty quiet and we were seated right away. We shared the loaded tots and shepherds pie. Shepard's pie was really good - loaded tots needed some more load on it. I ordered a cocktail from their speciality menu - for $16 I thought it would be a regular size drink but it was served in this little tiny glass, maybe 3 ounces or so. Not worth it. Think it was called the bees knees or something similar.

If I lived in Palisades this would be my go to spot. I'd be a regular. Food is great quality. Wait wasn't long. I had a group of 6, including my toddlers. It's fam friendly. The fish and chips were fire! As was the beef stew! Music was perfect. The bar and restaurant is a vibe. Love that place. Service was fast & professional. I lost my bag there and they held on to for me. Good people there!

My friends and I came here after a day of riding at North Star. There were plenty of parking and service was decently fast as all the skiers have cleared out by 5pm. It's an Irish pub with pretty good and decently priced food. I got the loaded tots to share with friends and the Guinness's beef stew. Both were delicious! If you don't want the regular bar food after a hard day of riding, this is definitely a place to check out.

    Vegetable curry

Only 1 vegan option - vegetable curry that costed $25 and an additional $6 with tofu! They were out of wild rice and stuffed French fries inside the curry instead.

Looking for a beer and snack post ride during the winter or summer? This place has you covered! It's a party at the dubliner all the time, which is awesome. The servers are fun, the bartenders are great and the overall service is quality. The food is what you would expect from an Irish pub, heavier side, but good and filling. The atmosphere is certainly one of a ski resort, so don't think you're getting traditional Ireland vibes from the decor. Great place though, certainly worth a visit for a Guinness, Harp and meat pie.

Refused service to me because I had a service dog. I offered to show ID And was denied. It wasn't that he refused service but how the man delivered the message to me. So rude and yelled. There's always another way to talk to people. I wrote a review on google and was met with the same type of response as I did in the restaurant.

Great little pub at the palisades ski resort. Food was tasty and fine, and hard cider on tap is a treat when you can find it.

Tasty food. Friendly servers and an overall nice vibe to this place in Olympic Village. Pretty good beer, selection and tasty burgers.

Bailey, our server, struck the perfect balance of warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality, making the evening feel effortless from start to finish. We began with the crispy Brussels sprouts and blistered shishitos both beautifully executed. The Brussels had irresistible caramelized edges with just the right amount of crispness, while the shishitos offered a smoky char and bright, balanced flavor that made them impossible to stop eating. For our entrées, the steak stroganoff was rich, comforting, and deeply savory, with tender steak and a velvety sauce that felt both indulgent and refined. Big hit with my toddler too!! The lemon ricotta ravioli was light yet luxurious, with fresh citrus notes that perfectly complemented the creamy filling. Even the burger, often an afterthought on many menus, was exceptional juicy, expertly cooked, and layered with flavor. From the thoughtfully prepared dishes to the stunning riverside setting and impeccable service, River Ranch created a dining experience that felt both elevated and welcoming. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, and it's easily one of the most memorable meals we've had in Tahoe. We'll absolutely be back.

The cocktails were made well, food was delicious as usual, but we were disappointed with the service. Normally we go and get excellent service. This time our server (Joshua (Jigga on the receipt)) was not as efficient & friendly as others have been. He did not return to our table very often, seemed put off that we wanted to have cocktails before ordering dinner and would not recommend dishes when asked as he said everyone's tastes are different and he does not know what we would like. Our bill came to over $635 with cocktails, appetizers, main dishes so we would have expected better service. I know help is hard to find but that should not be an excuse. We will still return for the good drinks and tasty food and hopefully get a different server next time. I'm still giving 5/5 as maybe this was a one off on service.

The tempura shrimp was delicious lite battered and well dressed. The seared tuna portion was great but flavor was okay they could use a little more torch or a hard sear for flavor. The lamb was delicious just not enough 5 pieces. Now the corn chowder I wanted to cry when I saw milk and corn this was far from being a chowder.. maybe they ran out of it and make this thing and they served it to us....I couldn't believe the chef and server let this go out of the kitchen. Maybe 86 next time instead of serving milk and corn with dry muffin.

Three Sheets Brewing Company - Great Service, Underwhelming Food…read more We visited Three Sheets Brewing Company hoping for a satisfying meal and some craft brews, but walked away feeling a bit underwhelmed -- with a few highlights and several misses. Food: The biggest disappointment was the hamburger, which we ordered medium-rare but received well-done. It was dry, overcooked, and lacked any real flavor -- honestly, we wouldn't order it again. The pulled pork sandwich had decent taste, though it was on the dry side and could've used more BBQ sauce to bring it to life. The shrimp were fine but forgettable. The seafood bisque was probably the best thing we had -- rich and creamy with a nice depth of flavor. The crab cakes had good seasoning but were a bit soggy on the outside. We also ordered fries, but they never made it to the table, which was frustrating. Drinks: We tried two of their house beers, and while drinkable, they were just average -- nothing that stood out or made us want to order a second round. Service: On the bright side, our waitress was very pleasant and attentive, doing her best despite the kitchen issues. Her friendly service helped soften the experience. Final Thoughts: While the vibe is relaxed and the service was great, the food execution and beer quality didn't quite deliver. There's potential here, but it needs more consistency -- and attention to detail -- to be worth a return visit.
