    House lemonade
    Lily M.

It was ok. The pretzel and the dips were super good! Came out warm and fluffy with good flavor. The cheese was amazing. The lemonade was prob my favorite part of eating here. It was so tart and the splash of grenadine added just the right amount of sweetness to balance it but still make you pucker. The fish was ok, I feel like it was missing some flavor in maybe the batter? The sauce on my sandwich was solid though. The potato sides that came with the dishes though were good. Loved the coating on them and they were very crispy. It has great views from the outdoor seating and is a lovely spot in Tahoe. The service was fine, they didn't refill our waters though and didn't bring another one when I asked but they were kinda busy and we were outside so not holding that too much against them. The view of the mountain was lovely.

Shepard's pie - veggies were good too

Came in on a Sunday night in October - it was pretty quiet and we were seated right away. We shared the loaded tots and shepherds pie. Shepard's pie was really good - loaded tots needed some more load on it. I ordered a cocktail from their speciality menu - for $16 I thought it would be a regular size drink but it was served in this little tiny glass, maybe 3 ounces or so. Not worth it. Think it was called the bees knees or something similar.

    Vegetable curry

Only 1 vegan option - vegetable curry that costed $25 and an additional $6 with tofu! They were out of wild rice and stuffed French fries inside the curry instead.

If I lived in Palisades this would be my go to spot. I'd be a regular. Food is great quality. Wait wasn't long. I had a group of 6, including my toddlers. It's fam friendly. The fish and chips were fire! As was the beef stew! Music was perfect. The bar and restaurant is a vibe. Love that place. Service was fast & professional. I lost my bag there and they held on to for me. Good people there!

My friends and I came here after a day of riding at North Star. There were plenty of parking and service was decently fast as all the skiers have cleared out by 5pm. It's an Irish pub with pretty good and decently priced food. I got the loaded tots to share with friends and the Guinness's beef stew. Both were delicious! If you don't want the regular bar food after a hard day of riding, this is definitely a place to check out.

Great burger!! Highly recommend. Sat outside the weather was awesome. Staff was super friendly. Place was clean and really nice. Great experience.

One of the best spots in region. Old school Squaw Valley '70s ski patrol vibe. Only decent draft cider I've had in U.S. Great British Isle dishes in a beautiful atmosphere below the peaks and gondolas.

Refused service to me because I had a service dog. I offered to show ID And was denied. It wasn't that he refused service but how the man delivered the message to me. So rude and yelled. There's always another way to talk to people. I wrote a review on google and was met with the same type of response as I did in the restaurant.

Looking for a beer and snack post ride during the winter or summer? This place has you covered! It's a party at the dubliner all the time, which is awesome. The servers are fun, the bartenders are great and the overall service is quality. The food is what you would expect from an Irish pub, heavier side, but good and filling. The atmosphere is certainly one of a ski resort, so don't think you're getting traditional Ireland vibes from the decor. Great place though, certainly worth a visit for a Guinness, Harp and meat pie.

Best smashburger of my life. And I've eaten alot of burgers. Didn't expect much going into this meal as typical pub grub at other bars usually misses the mark. But do yourself a favor and grab one of these, you won't be mad about it.

Great little pub at the palisades ski resort. Food was tasty and fine, and hard cider on tap is a treat when you can find it.

Would order it again. Had the thai soup with shrimp- the shrimp were grilled perfectly ( they were juicy and tender , yet flavorful) the broth was a little on the thin flavorless side which is such an easy fix - just use more coconut milk. The noodles were a little hard to eat with the soup- didn't know whether to use a fork or spoon or both. The salmon with cheesy grits - the grits were delicious but the salmon seemed a-little mealy vs flaky . Maybe it wasn't very fresh but overall the dish was tasty and all the elements worked well together.

We snagged the last patio table around 4pm on a weekend. There is an amazing view of the mountain from this patio and it's a great people-watching spot while you hang out and relax. They don't have many waiters who come out to serve the patio, so the hostess told my husband he should go inside to order then the food/drinks would be brought out to us. I was expecting the food to take forever based on how busy they were but was pleasantly surprised that it was only a 15-20 minute wait! We got two appetizers, the baked brie and mediterranean platter. The baked brie was delicious but should have been served with apple slices, crackers, or something to dip with. The mediterranean platter came with all kinds of snacks including hummus, olives, feta, artichoke hearts, and pita. Prices were pretty standard for the village, more than you'd pay for the dish elsewhere but you're paying extra for the view and experience of enjoying it in a ski village. This was a better experience than I've had at other restaurants in this village, so I will definitely be coming back!

The place itself is quite small with limited parking, but everyone is nice and kind and they have little buzzers to notify you when your table is ready :) I got the French toast with strawberries and oh my goodness it was DELICIOUS. The French toast was a perfect blend of fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The bread itself was amazing. I opted in for some fresh strawberries, but you can get other fruit or a fruit syrup as well. The French toast also comes with warm maple syrup, and I can attest it was definitely warm. It made the whole eating experience feel luxurious, and I had a delightful time eating it all up. If I ever come back to Lake Tahoe for holiday, I will definitely need to swing by this place to experience this French toast again. So good!

Moderate portion size for price Unclear menu ------------- Worst food poisoning this decade. I told the waitress I had a dairy allergy, but she did not write it down. I asked about dairy in the dish I ordered; I'm pretty sure the kitchen switched out the chicken sausage from the menu for chicken&cheese sausage -- an avoidable error IF the kitchen is informed. Extremely disappointed.

Three Sheets Brewing Company - Great Service, Underwhelming Food…read more We visited Three Sheets Brewing Company hoping for a satisfying meal and some craft brews, but walked away feeling a bit underwhelmed -- with a few highlights and several misses. Food: The biggest disappointment was the hamburger, which we ordered medium-rare but received well-done. It was dry, overcooked, and lacked any real flavor -- honestly, we wouldn't order it again. The pulled pork sandwich had decent taste, though it was on the dry side and could've used more BBQ sauce to bring it to life. The shrimp were fine but forgettable. The seafood bisque was probably the best thing we had -- rich and creamy with a nice depth of flavor. The crab cakes had good seasoning but were a bit soggy on the outside. We also ordered fries, but they never made it to the table, which was frustrating. Drinks: We tried two of their house beers, and while drinkable, they were just average -- nothing that stood out or made us want to order a second round. Service: On the bright side, our waitress was very pleasant and attentive, doing her best despite the kitchen issues. Her friendly service helped soften the experience. Final Thoughts: While the vibe is relaxed and the service was great, the food execution and beer quality didn't quite deliver. There's potential here, but it needs more consistency -- and attention to detail -- to be worth a return visit.
