I liked Sandy's Pub, which can be found inside Everline Resort & Spa a Hyatt Hotel. They offer indoor and outdoor dining. I opted to sit outside and boy was it a good idea. The views from the outside patio are immaculate and just absolutely gorgeous. Service was great! The food was good. Did I mention the views are beautiful? Our waitress Jessica was awsome, food was so good, got the ribs and as someone who smokes ribs regularly, these ribs are legit, wings are fire, and the smores kit for desert by the fire pit was so cool. Definately will be coming back with the family! read more

If you're staying at the Everline Resort, Sandy's is an easy, family friendly option. NICE OUTDOOR AMBIENCE AND GOOD SERVICE: The outdoor ambiance is nice in good weather, and the staff is friendly. The inside is definitely more of a pub vibe and not overly interesting or inviting. FOOD IS VERY AVERAGE: If you are a foodie - this isn't the place for you. We dined here 2x during our stay and both times found the food to be very average. We didn't find any menu items that were exceptional or even better than average. Overall this place is a good choice if you want a quick meal without a reservation and the weather allows you to dine outside. Don't expect to be blown away with the food. read more

We have been coming here for well over 10 years, several times during the winter. Yes prices are kinda high but there's not many options unless you shuttle to the village. They used to have it together, but the last 6 years, or so, the staff gets very overwhelmed and keeps screwing up waitlists. There is also a long wait between when the host seats a party and when the host returns to the podium. People who were on the waitlist and received texts their tables were ready had to wait in that long line again while the host sat others who arrived who were not on the waitlist. What? Why would you put someone's name on the WL and then seat others afterwards who were not on the WL? Food was so/so, the mac and cheese was more soupy so we had to send it back which is wild for my kid who loves that dish. They forgot our drinks, that's ok, they were very kind about it. Cocktail was very tangy and I could only have a few sips. I think we will only go here once during our stay and will try to get out the other days. read more

We were sitting here for over an hour. All the people who came after us got their food way before us. Should make reservations if intending to have dinner. They have a bar and plenty of seating area. Service is great until the end toward the night the waitress was missing and had to ask another server to refill drinks. We had the chicken leg with broccolini and a rack of ribs which was not bad as we were all hungry. There is a kids menu and the kids loved their burgers. Went to Sandy's Pub the other night with my family for dinner. We were sat right away. So I had the cheeseburger and it was very good!! Perfect and juicy. My daughter had a French dip she said it was ok . My other daughter at first ordered the chicken nachos. She did not like them at all cheese was stuck to the paper and she said chips tasted burnt. Also she said some of the cheese was very hard . So we sent them back and she ordered chicken tenders and fries which she enjoyed! My man had the fish and chips. Great ambiance though food could be better. My poke salad was fine though my partner's salmon entree was a mixed bag. The salmon was delicious but the broccolini was inedible since it tasted old/stale and flavorless. Here is what we sampled and how everything faired flash fried wings - probably the highlight of the meal, kids and adults finished these bad boys fairly quickly even though there was a slight spicy kick to them, order these as for the sauce on the side hot dog kids meal - honestly, these dogs come close to costco dogs but a hefty price tag, plain is how it was served to my kids, all around decent dog, no frills pair with fries so you can eat your adult food in peace and quiet lol chicken tenders and fries - chicken was dense and dry sadly not my other kids favorite meal, he could not get through the pieces he had, sampled and confirmed dried out and dense. pass on this item, the fries were piping hot and well seasoned country cobb salad - fresh, per my wife, based on what was offered it was ok, not amazing but just ok, sampled her dish, all I can say is that it is nothing special, pass on this salad the prime rib dip sandwich - bread was nice consistency, meat was thin but slightly overcooked, the dip was decent on a whole I would order this again. Went twice during a five night stay. Got Sandy's burger both nights. The meat was juicy and substantial. The brioche bun was a subtle sweetness and perfectly crisp on top. The bottom will get soggy if you let it sit too long. I have to little ones to feed, so if you can, you should eat it when it arrives. The broccolini was crunch but maybe a little over salted for pairing with a burger. The other reviews were super helpful. My kids liked the flash fried wings. The fish, of the fish and chips, is Big Crunch for every bite and the fish is flaky and tender. Another night we got the half smoked chicken and it's a total hit. The meat is tender, gentle smoky flavor, juicy. Kids enjoyed it. We got all the sauce on the side, but it still comes with the rub on the skin, so I had to take this off myself for our picky eaters. I recommend asking for the bbq sauce--pairs very nicely with the Smokey chicken flavor. Long wait (40-45mins) on a Wednesday evening when we got there at 6, but then a 20 min wait on a Friday nigh even though our party more than doubled. read more

Company working retreat. 18-hour long workdays yeah.. my guys need fed:) Dinner on the night of arrival on Saturday. It's pub food heavy on carbs and smoked meets. Anastasia was our server on June 5, 2021. Thank you for running it smooth! We did individual orders that night. Pictures posted. Another dinner couple nights later, Sandy's catered to our group, pre-selected several course meal. Basic staples like their loaded High Country Nachos, with house made cheese sauce, black beans, smoked pork, pico de gallo, avocado crema, pickled Fresno peppers, cilantro. I posted pics as part of the Pool Service (on a reduced scale but similar). Buffalo Cauliflower in buttery hot sauce with ranch. Pecan Smoked Chicken Wings in Korean BBQ or Sandy's BBQ with honey mustard. Main course proteins were pork ribs, charred salmon, pulled pork, platters and platters of it. All done right. Salad platters to accompany, and a variety of sides, beans, mac&cheese, grains with fixings. I had to stick to salads and meats! *Pool Service in private cabanas, Saturday & Sunday June 12 & 13, 2021 Amazing wonderful beautiful Sam took care of us! It's hard work to run around the pool keeping charge of orders, bringing out the food and drinks, and making the friendly chatter! Ate here several times during a conference in September. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. Had the chili and it was very tasty and hearty full of meat. Also had the fish and chips and they were good. The nachos was my favorite. It was huge and fresh and very flavorful. The whole table loved it! The food was also extremely overpriced it 22$ for fish and chips. The service again ok the people there where nice and kinda knew what they where doing. It said it was a pub but it was more Of a sports bar. Overall, I would describe both meals as above average - we sampled a bit of everything - nachos, crawfish dip, burgers, salmon and kids meals. During our visit in July 2021 Sandy's was the only dinner restaurant available, so if you are at the Resort for a more extended period you may want to venture offsite, but I recommend if looking for a casual and easy option. I am just baffled by the efforts, because it would take a considerable amount to make the food even worse than it was before. The new Teriyaki Bowl is just soggy veggies doused in a ladle of very sweet sauce, pilled on in a very unimaginative way on top of more sauce-soaked rice. The protein is from other dishes. It does not resemble a teriyaki bowl in any way. I applaud the effort to expand beyond pub-food offering, because it is needed, but you need a real chef. The dish is simply awful. Pickled onions on the grilled salmon dish ... is a flavor combo that does not work and tries badly to maximize making the most out of a limited number of ingredients. The caprese saiad needs a decent olive oil, some whole basil leaves, maybe some thinly sliced red onions. Instead you get bowl of small-sized mozzarella balls with a few bits of tomatoes. Was the chef in hurry and just dumped a whole bunch of cheese in a bowl? Who knows. If Sandy's didn't have the benefit of captive customers, and this were a standalone eatery anywhere else, it would not survive one season. read more

I am definitely torn on this one, as we did have a great time. After a day on the slopes, we decided to venture from the Village and shuttled over to Squaw Creek for a bite. It was quiet, so we decided to sit at bar for quicker service. We ordered some nachos and a pretzel while we sampled some beer. Both came out hot and were good. Sean was great, recommended a few items, and we placed our order. I had the Citrus Salad which had good ingredients, but the lettuce seemed old and had only a leaf or two of arugula. We were snowed in at Squaw Creek for 3 nights due to a blizzard and subsequent landslide that closed all roads out. We ended up eating lunch and dinner here every day because it was the only reasonably priced option at the resort but that's not the main reason. Pretty much every single item was great including the burgers, fish, salads, sandwiches, desserts - I mean everything was delicious and the portions were sizable. Everyone was happy including my fussy eaters which is no small feat. Service was fantastic considering the staff was working 3 shifts to take care of everyone. I am rarely effusive with praise but Sandy's is 100% deserving. Will look forward to returning here next time we stay at the resort. read more

Quality of food and quantity needs significant improvement. The price range is extremely high as a wing appetizer is $21 and French dip is $26, yet takes like it should be about $10-$15. They also hit you with a "service change" for no reason listed. Takeout also spilt our ranch in the bag and forgot our cocktail drink. The only positive is both bartenders assisting with takeout were helpful in resolving a few of these issues. NOT ordering from here again despite the convenience. Highly not recommended! read more

One of the everyday open restaurants at the resort. Love the vibe and energy. They have sports on everyday with some decent TVs. Menu is a bit on the lighter side but will do. Loved the nitro Guinness but they do have a full bar. If the day is good, I highly recommend outdoors dining. read more
