The next day was Good Friday and they couldn't come that day but first thing Monday morning they were there and the tree was cleaned up and another that was leaning and we were concerned about. They did a wonderful job and it looks like they repaired the roof of the bluebird house and the bluebird is happily taking care of its babies. They were able to quote a very similar price as another tree removal service but Grays offered a little more than the other service. They did a great job but my only complaint is my mother's HOA was breathing down her neck to get the debris cleared and she was having a hard time getting them to come out and finish up the job, and HOA's will charge residents huge fees for things like that. One reason for having them come out and cut the trees was to keep the HOA happy lol! Thankfully after a few phone calls about a week later they were able to come out and finally finish the job today. It's just important to take those things into consideration like HOA communities when taking these jobs because you can put your customer in a sticky situation.

Now that we have used Precision, it will be our choice for any future tree service. They were neatly dressed, and they wore appropriate safety items. The removed a very large oak tree and a very large hickory tree; and, removed dead branches from a third tree. They arrived at 7:00 a.m.; removed the trees and limbs; cleaned up all the debris; blew off the driveway; and, were gone before noon. Fantastic job!!! These Guys mow the grass where I work and at the end of the day I came out to my car car full of grass Trimmings, Dust And Debris. They could have easily knocked on the door and mentioned that they were mowing and I would have put my windows up. I have called the main number for them 5 times now, and each time nobody answered. Take some pride in your work. At least answer your Phone and hear my complaint in person. I am leaving one star because I am not allowed to leave zero stars. UPDATE- The owner called me back.
