The owner called back and agreed to quote on Saturday after 10. On Friday we texted to verify we were still on. No response. Saturday voicemails were left, no response. We drove over 2 hours to meet this guy and no show. I left a review of my disappointment that he didn't call or show up. He says he doesn't do trees but raps instead? Calls me petty, white, spoiled? Nice way to treat a grieving person who just buried a parent and is trying to fix up the parents property.

After a stray limb dinged my gutter pretty good (shit happens) the crew promptly replaced the entire piece running along a portion of the front of my home. I am satisfied and will use this company again when needed. Update 9/3/19: This crew replaced the damaged gutter by screwing a new gutter piece straight into the fascia board of my home... instead of using brackets to properly secure the gutter. Mitered cuts were not joined correctly and nothing was sealed at all. Morale of the story: don't let a tree service company repair your gutters. I won't be using this company again.
