He came to look at the trees and gave me an estimate. I told him that I was also getting an estimate from other tree services. He said he would beat any other prices I got-and he did. However- I had to wait a month for them to come out.(not a big deal at the time) They cut the tree down and left the mess in my yard. Also the stump has not been grinded. I'm pretty sure my then nice grass is ruined but I can't tell because the debris has been in my yard for almost two weeks now. I've had to call multiple times and I was told I was "on the schedule" but couldn't give me an exact date and time as to when they were going to finish the job. They said they would get to it when they could get to it. And that they were extremely busy. I get that. Everybody is busy right now but that doesn't excuse poor communication and service. Very disappointing thus far. I just want my yard back. update 10/20- So they started on my yard almost a month ago. They finally removed all the debris and grinded the stump. After I asked them i don't know how many times. They guys that came out and did the last of the clean up had a nice little loud argument in the front yard. and they dented my mailbox. Since i can see my yard now. It is pretty much destroyed. There are ruts and holes all over the place. They finally came out today and "fixed" it but when i say fix, i mean they threw out grass seed and wiped the mailbox off. update 10/21 they knocked 200.00 dollars off for my trouble. /ticket closed. decide for yourself if this is what you want. He arrived early Monday morning with his crew and equipment and within a couple of hours, our worries were over.
