Now that we have used Precision, it will be our choice for any future tree service. They were neatly dressed, and they wore appropriate safety items. The removed a very large oak tree and a very large hickory tree; and, removed dead branches from a third tree. They arrived at 7:00 a.m.; removed the trees and limbs; cleaned up all the debris; blew off the driveway; and, were gone before noon. Fantastic job!!! If there were more than five rating stars, I would select the highest.

That's was difficulty getting the right person in the line. When I finally got to him he literally yelled at me. It cost hundreds to get those areas leveled. I could NOT recommend them in good conscience to anyone and I will NEVER do business with them again. They also did not keep me informed about what they were doing. I received no education about the process. I was mistreated. Although I paid immediately I was treated with indifference when I expressed my concerns.

They had the stumps and branches piled so high you couldn't see over them (or if there were cars coming around the corner).....the employees sat, watched, pointed, and laughed as people were trying to navigate the dangerous intersection they created. They weren't doing anything....how about direct traffic? Came back a second time...2 were trying to direct traffic but both were telling people different things....again creating a dangerous situation while the rest of the employees stood around watched, laughed, and pointed.

He came by and tripled the price of the one tree removal since it was no longer priced together, which makes sense. However, he said he would only trim the limbs and come back to take down the tree down on another day. Even though I was promised he could take it down that day. I quoted a competitor's same day removal quote, but expressed my concern if they could still do the job that day since I pushed them off for NTS. He told me to call them to see. When I started to call the other company, he got in his car, rolled down the window and told me to use the other company as he drove off in his car. I've never been treated with so much disrespect. I'm very thankful that I used ACE tree service in the end.

We called several companies in the area and were quoted wait times ranging between 1-6 weeks. When you have a tree dangling over your roof, that's not the answer you want to hear. Finally, we contacted National Tree Service, who was able to come out at 8 AM the next day. Their price was somewhere in the middle range of the prices we were quoted by other companies, but it was well worth it to have it taken care of so promptly. The guys did a great job. The only problem is getting the tree debris removed, the removal truck and crew do not come until after the cutters have finished. As i write this, it has been a week since the first trees were removed, and we cannot get reply as to when they will show up to pick up the trees. The value for the service is good, but completion of the work is a problem. Grays must have good cash flow since we have not paid them any money until the work is complete. I would suggest contacting Ace Tree or Champion Tree to confirm their tree removal process prior to hiring Gray's.

After a stray limb dinged my gutter pretty good (shit happens) the crew promptly replaced the entire piece running along a portion of the front of my home. I am satisfied and will use this company again when needed. Update 9/3/19: This crew replaced the damaged gutter by screwing a new gutter piece straight into the fascia board of my home... instead of using brackets to properly secure the gutter. Mitered cuts were not joined correctly and nothing was sealed at all. Morale of the story: don't let a tree service company repair your gutters. I won't be using this company again.

Convinced they were legit I completed their CONTACT US email form describing the landscape work I wanted them to price. In case the guys wouldn't check the inbox for internet contact emails I decided to call the office and Cameron, one of the owners, answered. He said that he had just seen my contact email and we discussed the work I needed. Because it was a landscaping job he said he'd have his business partner, Brantley, call to coordinate an appointment. I understood that he'd need to look at the work before giving me a price. Its been 8 days since the initial contact and still no call.
