Now that we have used Precision, it will be our choice for any future tree service. They were neatly dressed, and they wore appropriate safety items. The removed a very large oak tree and a very large hickory tree; and, removed dead branches from a third tree. They arrived at 7:00 a.m.; removed the trees and limbs; cleaned up all the debris; blew off the driveway; and, were gone before noon. Fantastic job!!! After a stray limb dinged my gutter pretty good (shit happens) the crew promptly replaced the entire piece running along a portion of the front of my home. I am satisfied and will use this company again when needed. Update 9/3/19: This crew replaced the damaged gutter by screwing a new gutter piece straight into the fascia board of my home... instead of using brackets to properly secure the gutter. Mitered cuts were not joined correctly and nothing was sealed at all. Morale of the story: don't let a tree service company repair your gutters. I won't be using this company again.

That's was difficulty getting the right person in the line. When I finally got to him he literally yelled at me. It cost hundreds to get those areas leveled. I could NOT recommend them in good conscience to anyone and I will NEVER do business with them again. They also did not keep me informed about what they were doing. I received no education about the process. I was mistreated. Although I paid immediately I was treated with indifference when I expressed my concerns.

They had the stumps and branches piled so high you couldn't see over them (or if there were cars coming around the corner).....the employees sat, watched, pointed, and laughed as people were trying to navigate the dangerous intersection they created. They weren't doing anything....how about direct traffic? Came back a second time...2 were trying to direct traffic but both were telling people different things....again creating a dangerous situation while the rest of the employees stood around watched, laughed, and pointed.

It's hard these days to find someone when you have a dead tree issue to respond in a timely manner and they delivered quickly. The price was also very reasonable for removal of a large, tall tree in our backyard that was presenting danger near our fence and power line, and Ben even offered a discount to me several days after I received my quote. I was already sold, but after that, it was a done deal and I didn't even bother asking the other tree companies where we were requesting quotes. When it came for the day to do the job, Ben and one of his workers were finished within two hours! They cleaned up well. He was also very patient in waiting for me to meet and see the finished job and pay. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are in the Hoover area.

For example, they had to take down part of our fence to get the equipment in. When they put it back up, our gate didn't hang correctly. As soon as I emailed them and let them know, they promptly had someone out who gave us a high quality, permanent fix to the problem. They also cleaned out our gutters after I noticed the debris was causing some interruption in flow. - Very responsive and friendly over email Areas for improvement: - Updates on timing. I understand that this business is busy, so I won't hold how long it took for the service to be performed against them (quote given in June, work wasn't completed until August) but I did not like that I was repeatedly having to call for updates on timing. I think it would be great if they routinely sent people weekly updates on estimated wait time for work to be performed. - Sometimes customer service was a little short and rushed on the phone I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
