After a stray limb dinged my gutter pretty good (shit happens) the crew promptly replaced the entire piece running along a portion of the front of my home. I am satisfied and will use this company again when needed. Update 9/3/19: This crew replaced the damaged gutter by screwing a new gutter piece straight into the fascia board of my home... instead of using brackets to properly secure the gutter. Mitered cuts were not joined correctly and nothing was sealed at all. Morale of the story: don't let a tree service company repair your gutters. I won't be using this company again.

However- I had to wait a month for them to come out.(not a big deal at the time) They cut the tree down and left the mess in my yard. Also the stump has not been grinded. I'm pretty sure my then nice grass is ruined but I can't tell because the debris has been in my yard for almost two weeks now. I've had to call multiple times and I was told I was "on the schedule" but couldn't give me an exact date and time as to when they were going to finish the job. They said they would get to it when they could get to it. And that they were extremely busy. I get that. Everybody is busy right now but that doesn't excuse poor communication and service. Very disappointing thus far. I just want my yard back. update 10/20- So they started on my yard almost a month ago. They finally removed all the debris and grinded the stump. After I asked them i don't know how many times. They guys that came out and did the last of the clean up had a nice little loud argument in the front yard. and they dented my mailbox. Since i can see my yard now. It is pretty much destroyed. There are ruts and holes all over the place. They finally came out today and "fixed" it but when i say fix, i mean they threw out grass seed and wiped the mailbox off. update 10/21 they knocked 200.00 dollars off for my trouble. /ticket closed. decide for yourself if this is what you want. We called Hunter as he was referred by a neighbor, he had put up their Christmas lights on their…read moregutters. This is the second year we have used them, unfortunately the lights from the first year lasted one season and Hunter stated this year the issues he has seen from them. So this year the new set we had installed last year only half worked. With a couple of texted with Hunter and some missed install dates he finally made it right today. We did however pay for the commercial lights this time to ensure whole strands were not out. So now on to the reason for the 4 star, one thing Hunter needs to do is communicate much better, when messaged it takes days if not longer for him to respond. Hunter does miss installation dates he promises and sometimes longer than a week. I understand being busy, but communicating with the customer is key. This is the really the only downside to using them. I do with the best for Hunter and his business, I just hope Hunter is more responsive to his customers in the future to really provide the 5 star service I know he is capable of.
