SuperiorScape provided a quote for the repair, which we used to close on our house (had money held in escrow based on SuperiorScape's quote). About a week prior to the scheduled start date for the work to begin, the sales agent came out with another team member to look at the existing wall. That afternoon, the sales agent called me and said that due to personnel issues they couldn't do the job. I tried to get back in touch with SuperiorScape to say we were willing to wait until they settled their personnel issues but that we would like them to honor the quote they gave us. They have not responded to any of my or my realtor's attempts to contact them. I believe the sales agent misquoted the job, came out with the actual worker who told him it was too cheap, and rather than owning the mistake, talking it out, and honoring the quote they backed out of the job and refused to speak with me again.
