Our daughter loved browsing around, sampling chocolate milk and meat snacks. Our favorite vendors were the homemade pasta guy who we remembered from years ago, a spot that has a bunch of homemade pickles, and lavender flavored honey from a third spot. We bought fresh corn on our way out, definitely noticed a lot of varying price differences for the same items but I guess that's part of the experience! Our daughter had a donut and a hotdog from a food truck during our visit. We spent close to an hour here and I could have spent longer but also probably would have purchased even more goodies... perhaps next time!! A saturday morning well spent.

Yesterday was full of beautiful fall flowers, mostly mums, but several people has succulents which are great all year round. Homemade Bread, rolls, bagels, cookies, cakes,pies.... pretty much anything you could want. Homemade honey, pickles and kimchi. Farms selling lamb, beef and chicken. Homemade cheese and pasta and jams. The vegetables from local farms...some organic. I much prefer buying from the local farmers and not when people are selling out of grocery store bulk purchased boxes.

I also appreciated the organization - the website had a map and directory on who the vendors are and where they are located. I was visiting from out of town so I didn't buy a lot of produce, but I did buy a ton of other stuff. From Georgian garlic, to truffles, to wine, to kombucha, to hand pies, to chapsticks... Parking was easier around noon and we actually parked at the DMV and walked over which only took about 10 minutes. Tons of vendors and some extremely delicious food being cooked on site - made to order - we really saw a bunch of things we wanted: breakfast burritos, breakfast pitas, boba, baked goods, wines, vinegar, etc. Everyone was friendly and the range of items was large. The produce was the real star of the show - if we lived here we decided we'd be here every weekend stocking up. Sadly, we mostly browsed and had a few snacks. Very nice space right on the water - you can grab a snack or a meal and sit and enjoy a water view.

Fresh baked goods that you can smell wafting through the air as you shop the stocked shelves of local products, produce, and so much more! I met a friend and we were pleasantly greeted as we shopped for stackable pumpkins that we loaded up and were weighed. I left with a cart full of fresh produce, pumpkin pie, fudge and more! We visited on a Monday so though there was a steady flow of customers no waits and the same woman that weighed our pumpkins assisted us with loading up our carts that waited outside store. This is one of my favorite farm stores and well worth the thirty minute drive! Take the scenic route and enjoy the rolling farm hills and Fall foliage!

I'll be frank: they do have some things they farm themselves, but a lot of the other produce is homegrown... just not necessarily from the area. And honestly, that's a little annoying when you're stopping at a roadside farm market expecting more local stuff. That said, they have a good variety of things, and they take credit cards as well as Apple Pay/Google Pay, which is definitely a plus. Is it worth stopping? I'd say yes, especially if you're already in the area. BUT if you happen to see one of those little roadside farm stands while you're driving around, I'd stop there too -- just make sure you have cash. And yes, they have parking, so no worries there!

They also have the Kubal Coffee truck. Awesome coffee and customer service. The guy is always friendly and polite. He will make you anything you want. Coffee and shopping to me, go hand in hand. Everyone is helpful, welcoming and available to answer any questions you may have. The freshness of the vegetables is priceless, and so is shopping local and supporting local farmers. I love it!
