We bought several things for ourselves and several things as gifts for others. We also learned they do special pairings and post recipes on occasion if you follow them on Instagram too! The lemongrass mint was interesting, but very strong on the mint. Overall it was fun to see what they have and try new ones. I still left with only my favorites. I still have plenty of olive oil so I didn't buy any of those, but I did try the spicy Calabrian pesto oil. Oh- they have ice cream samples if you wanna try the balsamic on ice cream!

My go-to's for oil are usually a truffle variety, and for vinegar a pear or fig tend to be my favorite. They offer a great selection of dry rubs and seasonings as well. They also have jams, jellys, marmalade, BBQ sauce varieties, syrups and so much more. I appreciate that you can pretty much sample anything before buying it. No better way to entice a customer to make a purchase. It is a bit pricey, at least more expensive than the last time I was here, but you have to pay for quality, especially when you're shopping in Winter Park. The store is organized and clean. This weekend I bit the bullet and paid the shipping cost to replenish my supply. I ordered late Wednesday night and it was here by Friday! I appreciate the speedy shipping/delivery and can't wait to get dipping again! I dip bread, crackers and plantain chips in it. I use it to add flavor to my salmon, pasta and veggies dishes.
