After reading many reviews (most of which were positive), I ordered equal amounts of Vanilla, Red Velvet and Chocolate in my son's school colors. I'll admit, when the first batch came in they were a little rough...the majority were smushed and melted due to improper timing of shipping. In a slight panic, I immediately called Veronica's and explained the situation...even offered to send photos, but they were wonderful and so accommodating! Without hesitation, they said they would replace the order (this time packing them in an insulated cold pack) free of charge. Second time was a charm! You'll see by my photos just how beautiful they came out! Not only that...they were absolutely delicious! My guests ranted and raved about how good they were and devoured them!
