We were stressed because another company canceled our order last minute. I called this shop, and thankfully Mike answered -- he was literally about to leave for the day. Mike was incredibly helpful, funny, and most importantly, kind. He really took his time reviewing all the designs I wanted and made sure everything looked right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his work. What I appreciated the most is that Mike is an honest man, and sadly that's hard to find in businesses nowadays. He has amazing work ethic and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. So y'all, come support Mike's business! You won't regret it. Thank you for everything, Mike! We absolutely loved our BTS concert shirts!

This was my first time ordering something like this...it felt so official! Like my business was finally a grown up! David was flexible & quick to meet up with me & helped by suggesting different sign options. He helped me to make quick decisions that looked great. They also took care of all permitting with the city and communication with the landlord to ensure signs met all spec requirements. Overall David & his team made it a pretty easy process. Josue came to install the first sign today & did an amazing job. He was prompt, quick with his work without sacrificing quality of install, ensured the decal was in the proper location and looked good, even cleaned my whole window inside & out. Overall, great experience so far. I have 2 more signs they are installing soon, but so far, great service! I would definitely reach out to them again if I ever needed anything.

For these small jobs, i usually go to FedEx office to print from their computer. Oddly Fedex was out of power today so I quickly looked up a local printing place so I could ship my product promptly to my customer. I found US printing conveniently located across the street. I was promptly greeted by a gentleman that arose from his desk just to ask what I needed. I told him I only needed to print a single shipping label and he was happy to do the job despite how small it was. As soon as he was done printing I asked him out much it was gonna cost since I figured it'd be too small an amount to put on a card transaction. Exceptional customer service from Joey!…read more Tonight around 7:00 PM, my husband and I had to rush to the FedEx Office off Central and the 60 Freeway because our home computer was down and we had an urgent, last-minute contract that absolutely needed to be printed and sent out tonight. I was already incredibly stressed and frustrated after dealing with this paperwork all day. We tried using the self-help computers, but they weren't cooperating with our information. I went to the front desk, and the young lady working there was very professional. She handed me a card and guided me to email the documents over to get a release code. Unfortunately, when the email response came through, it gave us an error saying it was unable to view the file. At that point, my husband and I--being seasoned seniors who were clean out of patience--got deeply irritated and were ready to just walk out. As we were walking away in frustration, the Manager, Joey, noticed our distress and immediately stopped us to see how she could help. She kindly explained the company's security policies regarding why the file didn't automatically load, which made total sense once she put it into perspective. Joey then patiently walked us through the entire process step-by-step until we successfully received and printed our documents. Joey's outstanding customer service completely de-escalated our emotions and saved our night. A huge thank you to Joey for her wonderful attitude, and to the polite young lady who first assisted us.
