The office staff was very pleasant as usual, the weight time was excellent, the nurse was extremely pleasant and proffesional. Dr Chipps came in very soon. He listened to all my concerns as well as fears of going back to the hospital. He gave me his thoughts of what he thought it could be, ran an extremely large amount of testing . He was also very will to see me again if I had a flare up that day so he could see it. He took the time to write a note to the lab to notify them to draw my blood during an episode. I'm seeing him again on Monday to put a plan in place. His office as well as other providers are available this week should I need to be seen. I went from being in a deep state of concern to a place of hope and hopefully soon a resolution and diagnosis for my many symptoms I'm having . I made an appointment with office at the request of my primary doctor so we could pinpoint the cause. To date they have called me 3 times now to "reschedule my appointment ". Yesterday was the 3rd time. It's now been 6 months since my first initial contact with them and now they want to push it to September. Not impressed and received no sympathy from the girl who called yesterday to push my appointment when I explained what go thru on a day to day basis.

Dr. Chipps' clearly finds bedside manner to be a waste of time. If you like your medical interactions direct, dispassionate, and terse, then this is your guy! Just don't come to the office looking for any sort of comfort, clarity, or reassurance. This is an opportunity just waiting to happen. As a metastatic cancer patient, I had developed a really bad rash and itch that would not go away. Neither my oncology team, dermatologist or internist had durable treatments for me. But Capital Allergy's Dr. Meghan Garcia went over my detailed history quite thoroughly. Based on her experience, she offered a new treatment plan and provided strong anecdotal evidence that the plan would either end my endless rash and itch or suppress it. And everyone in the treatment chain was professional and friendly. I departed the clinic feeling relieved. Dr. Garcia was surprisingly knowledgeable about my condition. I am encouraged that her training and experience will end the affliction (which is pretty bad). 5 stars for every aspect of my clinical visit.

Then I got to see the NP(forgot her name) and now I am under the care of Dr. Teresa Neeno. I just adore her. She is receptive to my needs and she has been carefully monitoring me, changing and adjusting my allergy doses so I can feel better. I am now on my maintenance dose and no longer need to be in the office 2x per week for my shots. I just get to see them every 2-4 weeks. I am well pleased with the Nurses who give me my shots. The front desk staff Ariana and Linda are also great. I am very happy with this office. They are moving soon to another location still in Roseville. Definitely ask your Primary Care MD to be referred to this office if you have allergy issues.

Having been a patient of the Allergy Center for 3 years, I can say with certainty my life has…read moreimproved significantly and that's largely due to the excellent care I've received from Parita. I've struggled with asthma on and off for my entire life, but I've dealt with significant exacerbations beginning in 2015. Early on, I remember telling her (and the excellent nursing staff) that I can't remember the last time I'd felt at 100%, but I'm SO thankful to say that that is changing. Though my initial appointment back in 2016 was focused on symptom management (I was in the midst of a particularly bad asthma exacerbation), on EVERY appointment thereafter Parita has taken my overall health goals and habits into account to help me regain what asthma has taken away. I haven't had a significant exacerbation in over a year, and for the first time in a loooong time, I've been able to be physically active most days of the week in a way I hadn't been since before 2015. She's offered practical suggestions and has worked hard to ensure I get the medical attention I need, and has encouraged me to "take up space" in a way I've NEVER encountered by a medical professional. I moved to the Bay Area a year ago, but I continue to receive care at the Allergy Center because Parita's care, compassion, and knowledge is unmatched. Her medical care has seen me through grad school, a major move, job changes, my wedding, and insurance changes (I so appreciate her emphasis on continuity of care)! I always say this to my family members and loved ones, so now I'm going to make it Yelp official: I wish every medical provider was like Parita. Unlike many medical providers whose work emphasizes symptom management (probably due to the pressures they face from insurance companies), Parita prioritizes the trajectory of her patients' health and consistently checks on her patients and on her work. She's extremely informative and personalizes her approach to each patient's needs. She takes her patients' concerns and knowledge of their bodies seriously (this alone sets her apart); she LISTENS attentively to feedback and genuinely cares about her patients (& their families)! My mom (who has attended many of my appointments with me) has said on multiple occasions that Parita is an angel.
