The office staff was very pleasant as usual, the weight time was excellent, the nurse was extremely pleasant and proffesional. Dr Chipps came in very soon. He listened to all my concerns as well as fears of going back to the hospital. He gave me his thoughts of what he thought it could be, ran an extremely large amount of testing . He was also very will to see me again if I had a flare up that day so he could see it. He took the time to write a note to the lab to notify them to draw my blood during an episode. I'm seeing him again on Monday to put a plan in place. His office as well as other providers are available this week should I need to be seen. I went from being in a deep state of concern to a place of hope and hopefully soon a resolution and diagnosis for my many symptoms I'm having . I made an appointment with office at the request of my primary doctor so we could pinpoint the cause. To date they have called me 3 times now to "reschedule my appointment ". Yesterday was the 3rd time. It's now been 6 months since my first initial contact with them and now they want to push it to September. Not impressed and received no sympathy from the girl who called yesterday to push my appointment when I explained what go thru on a day to day basis.

Dr. Chipps' clearly finds bedside manner to be a waste of time. If you like your medical interactions direct, dispassionate, and terse, then this is your guy! Just don't come to the office looking for any sort of comfort, clarity, or reassurance. This is an opportunity just waiting to happen. The receptionist provided me with pricing, and a thorough breakdown of the steps for getting better. She was very pleasant and straightforward with everything. I signed up and was scheduled within 2 weeks for my first consultation. I met with Dr. Miller and his team and they were all so nice. I was given some samples of alternate allergy medicine and recommendations for a non-steroid nasal spray along with a prescription for an inhaler. Additionally, I was given an allergy test to see what I am truly allergic to. Fast forward to a month later, I am on allergy shots weekly now to help combat these allergies and feel progress in the right direction. Overall; the attention to detail, care provided and price has been great for everything provided thus far. Then I got to see the NP(forgot her name) and now I am under the care of Dr. Teresa Neeno. I just adore her. She is receptive to my needs and she has been carefully monitoring me, changing and adjusting my allergy doses so I can feel better. I am now on my maintenance dose and no longer need to be in the office 2x per week for my shots. I just get to see them every 2-4 weeks. I am well pleased with the Nurses who give me my shots. The front desk staff Ariana and Linda are also great. I am very happy with this office. They are moving soon to another location still in Roseville.
