She even took the time to show me a hearing accessibility feature on my phone which allows me to view written text while a conversation is happening. My hearing loss is severe and I pretty much have given up and not bothered to keep up with technology. She was a life saver/life changer for me. She took the time to show me how to access it and use it. Not many physicians today take that time and care. She is One of A Kind!! After having HIM PERFOM sinus surgery I was having difficulty breathing. I scheduled an appt where I had to bring my grandson with me, which I will add was a toddler. Dr Ow was running behind and finally appeared to only tell me "why are you here? I have cancer patients here. Maybe I should schedule you weekly appts" very sarcastic. I told him I couldn't breath and the mri showed scar tissue blocking my ability to breathe after his surgery. He then raised his voice to me in front of my grandson, at that point I asked his assistant to take him out of the room as he was frightened. The arrogant Dr proceeded to tell me me that both he and his staff would have to miss their lunch to attempt to open up my blocked sinus. After quite a wait he appears attempting to probe my nasal passage with a metal instrument which did not work but only caused great pain. He then said it was blocked and required another surgery. At the hospital he told me he was my surgeon and I could not have my primary and infectious disease Dr contact me or the hospital snd questioned me where and how did my Dr get involved. Quite the dictator. After my procedure I saw him walking out of the surgery room with his arms in the air yelling this will never happen again. At my post surgery appt I asked him what he meant by that and he said he has never had to repeat a surgery. I then asked him why he felt he could yell at his patients in the manner he did. Again spoke to me with no compassion and arrogant as ever. I would NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE! And NEVER RETURNED YO SEE HIM! If someone refers you to him, run and don't look back. He is AWFUL

When I confronted him about his demeanor, he told me he had just told the previous patient that he/she had Cancer in their mouth. That does not give him an excuse to treat me poorly! During my appointment at one point, he opened the door and spoke loudly to one of the medical assistants asking her to pull up info on a computer regarding ____, the diagnosis he was potentially considering that I had. Everyone in the hallway leading into the rooms could what he said! He had no regard for privacy at all, or HIPPA rules. I made an appointment with another ENT. I will NOT make any future appointments with him ever again! Do yourself a favor...find another ENT!
