I wouldn't recommend going earlier than 15 minutes though. We did a 60 minute Swedish couples massage. I've had massages done in my hometown and at resorts in other countries. This one was still pretty good compared to others I've had. I truly do think with any massage, you get what you pay for. Spa02's prices are way more reasonable than resort spas or others and it was still a good massage! We had two ladies, both named Tori, who were very kind! The beds we laid on weren't anything crazy like memory foam or an actual gel mat underneath BUT they did have warming pads underneath and it was SO NICE! i've never had that at any other massage. I asked for relaxation / light pressure and Tori did great at keeping with that pressure! We got warm towels on our faces & steamed towels on our backs and feet. The only thing is (and i think this was because it was only 60 minutes) I didn't have the back of my legs massaged, which is not that big of a deal, I just usually have that done at other places and didn't realize till hours later that they didn't do that. My husband says the foot rub was the best for him but I really loved the scalp / neck / shoulder massage! Everything was very clean, smelled nice, and they had a coffee / snack bar at the front. Again, I will say, anything in the Spa industry, from my experience, is you get what you pay for. If you pay $400 or more for a massage, you should expect more! We paid $200 for our 60 minutes and got exactly what we expected! I would make another appointment here if we lived in the area

My experience with the spa was a lovely one. I spent the morning relaxing while my husband played…read moregolf. I had a therapeutic massage done by a skilled therapist who worked on a couple of tight areas on my body. I then spent time in the grotto as well as a quick trip to the ice room. I enjoyed the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (along with a mimosa) before showering off. The prices for the services are rather high, so be prepared, however, the experience is with it (imho).

Every staff member was extremely polite and knowledgeable; you can tell they take great pride in this place. The rooms are beautiful, and the food they serve is wonderful, even though I know they thought I was crazy thanks to my pickiness. Honestly, what I did eat was awesome, including butternut squash soup and quinoa salad with fresh mozzarella, things I would never normally eat. The only downside is the price. It's not really something the average family can do, especially if you want to do any of the al a carte activities. There's quite a few of them, including zip lining (which despite my fear and embarrassment, turned out to be my favorite part of the trip) and ATV tours, which are not for the faint of heart. On a budget, there's some great free activities like hiking trails, kayaks, and a swimming dock. There's board games for all ages and cards downstairs in the lounge, a decent bar, and a movie room with giant beanbags to lay on instead of chairs. This place would be a dream to work at for anyone who enjoys being surrounded by some of the best views the Midwest has to offer. If you can't skip out on your current life to do that, at least take a weekend to go visit; you won't regret it.
