I am mobility challenged and can't be on my stomach, so started on my back with a bolster under my legs and then help getting on my side. So caring and kind! My massage therapist didn't have to ask me what hurt because she zeroed on on every spot very quickly and worked lots of kinks and tightness out. My husband and I were both puddles when we were done. He did fall asleep during the massage. I almost fell asleep about 4 times but thought I can't do that this feels so fantastic I don't want to miss a single sensation. Super clean and on time. Highly, highly recommend and if we are back in the area we will be back for sure! Thank you!!

Spa02's prices are way more reasonable than resort spas or others and it was still a good massage! We had two ladies, both named Tori, who were very kind! The beds we laid on weren't anything crazy like memory foam or an actual gel mat underneath BUT they did have warming pads underneath and it was SO NICE! i've never had that at any other massage. I asked for relaxation / light pressure and Tori did great at keeping with that pressure! We got warm towels on our faces & steamed towels on our backs and feet. The only thing is (and i think this was because it was only 60 minutes) I didn't have the back of my legs massaged, which is not that big of a deal, I just usually have that done at other places and didn't realize till hours later that they didn't do that. My husband says the foot rub was the best for him but I really loved the scalp / neck / shoulder massage! Everything was very clean, smelled nice, and they had a coffee / snack bar at the front. Again, I will say, anything in the Spa industry, from my experience, is you get what you pay for. If you pay $400 or more for a massage, you should expect more! She was soothing and only performed the massage and it's intensity according to what she was comfortable with. At the beginning of the massage she could barely turn her neck and by the end she had regained full range of motion. The facial was lovely as well. The tension in my jaw has melted away. I get a massage in every new city I visit and this is hands down THE BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD. Forget the overpriced hotel spas of Eureka Springs!
