I am mobility challenged and can't be on my stomach, so started on my back with a bolster under my legs and then help getting on my side. So caring and kind! My massage therapist didn't have to ask me what hurt because she zeroed on on every spot very quickly and worked lots of kinks and tightness out. My husband and I were both puddles when we were done. He did fall asleep during the massage. I almost fell asleep about 4 times but thought I can't do that this feels so fantastic I don't want to miss a single sensation. Super clean and on time.
