I could have enjoyed the same services in my home spa for 1/2 the price. On Saturday, when many of my colleagues were scheduled for services, the spa canceled due to too many employees being absent. How do we get to the waterfall pool and the hot tub for the spa? We told that was not part of our package I said it is. When I went to hotel manager she informed me that is was in fact part of the spa day experience. We were offered someone else's left over champagne we said no thank you. They offered pizza absolutely not! Asked for a refund because we were notctold the amenities were not in working order for months. We booked in June 2025 by phone no one ever said the amenities were in non working order. We were lied to mislead and taken advantage of financially.
