The beds we laid on weren't anything crazy like memory foam or an actual gel mat underneath BUT they did have warming pads underneath and it was SO NICE! i've never had that at any other massage. I asked for relaxation / light pressure and Tori did great at keeping with that pressure! We got warm towels on our faces & steamed towels on our backs and feet. The only thing is (and i think this was because it was only 60 minutes) I didn't have the back of my legs massaged, which is not that big of a deal, I just usually have that done at other places and didn't realize till hours later that they didn't do that. My husband says the foot rub was the best for him but I really loved the scalp / neck / shoulder massage! Everything was very clean, smelled nice, and they had a coffee / snack bar at the front. Again, I will say, anything in the Spa industry, from my experience, is you get what you pay for. If you pay $400 or more for a massage, you should expect more! I could have enjoyed the same services in my home spa for 1/2 the price. On Saturday, when many of my colleagues were scheduled for services, the spa canceled due to too many employees being absent.
