I was given a $100 gift certificate for this spa, but next year I will decline the gift. This place was run down and outdated. The young lady who did my facial and spa was lovely but the services were pretty ordinary. For a facial and massage the total was over $500 ($400 out of my pocket.) I could have enjoyed the same services in my home spa for 1/2 the price. On Saturday, when many of my colleagues were scheduled for services, the spa canceled due to too many employees being absent. Out company was disappointed in how we were treated. Next year, I will find a spa outside of the resort. read more

We had a lovely time at Spa Chateau! Loved the services, and the staff were amazing! 10/10 would return for another relaxing day at the spa!

We booked a bachelorette spa day with all the spa amenities waterfall pool and hot within the spa facility. It was horrible from the moldy water with lemon and cucumbers to the mold on the inside rubber seal in the non working refrigerator. We had 3 people present atvthe spa and one that had to cancel her appointment do to family sickness. They 3 that do come for the entire spa experience consists of Mother of the bride Facial price at booking 150.00 Mother of the Groom same facial 150.00 bride to be tub soak 50.00 then massage 190.00 the 120.00 for the Maid Of Honor who was sick and didn't get to the horrible experience we were all over charged 15 to 20 more on each then we paid 20% gratuity when it's supposed to be 17% gratuity. When we arrived for our services we were shown the locker room and the waiting area until called for our services. When we finished with the massage and facials we asked. How do we get to the waterfall pool and the hot tub for the spa? We told that was not part of our package I said it is. When I went to hotel manager she informed me that is was in fact part of the spa day experience. We were offered someone else's left over champagne we said no thank you. They offered pizza absolutely not! Asked for a refund because we were notctold the amenities were not in working order for months. We booked in June 2025 by phone no one ever said the amenities were in non working order. We were lied to mislead and taken advantage of financially. Spa Chateau is absolutely beautiful. Complete with a steam room, sauna, hot tub (indoor and outdoor), food service, lounge, and personal lockers. It basically has it all! The prices are reasonable for a high class spa. My mom and I had treatments here and we weren't even staying at the Chateau! My mother and I both got the standard full body massage and enjoyed our experiences with our individual masseuses. Before our massages we ordered mimosas and relaxed in the lounge. If I had one criticism, and I'm being extremely picky here, it would be that the lighting in the lounge and overall spa wasn't relaxing. I love when a spa is dimly lit and playing the relaxing music. You know the type! I would have loved this addition, as we spent most of our time in the lounge. We ordered food after our treatments and a dip in the hot tub and it was all very yummy and presented very nicely. It was a bit of a bummer that there was an extra charge to have the food brought to the spa, but again, that's picky stuff. I'm sure we would return if we stayed in the area more often and we will certainly recommend! read more

This was the most disappointing spa I've ever been to. The massage was overpriced, though the treatment was decent if you enjoy very light pressure. The place is just run down. Cabinet doors hanging on hinges, old furniture, outdated in general. They had room temperature cucumber water, some mixed nuts, and tea bags but no hot water for tea. There was no hot water in the showers - the staff was aware of this but didn't mention it when booking the services. I'm not sure how one makes a steam room that is lukewarm, but they figured out a way. The sauna was cold but would eventually warm up to just above room temperature with patience. The cancellation policy is 50%, so beware. Overall disappointing and expensive. read more

Couples massage, first the lady pulled the sheet off me and exposed my upper body, wait it didn't stop there, while massaging (if that's what you want to call it), The masseuse proceeded to kick her shoes off. !!WORST SPA EVER!! UNLICENSED MASSAGE MALE THERAPIST! I was given a terrible 80 minute massage by an unlicensed male. I did not know he was not licensed til after the massage. Place was fairly nice and relaxing. Needs some updates. Peeling wall paper in the lounge. Booked massages for me and my daughter that were to include tub soak, relaxing massage and facial massage. Didn't get the facial massage. We also booked additional foot and hand massages to follow. Confirmed everything when I booked, confirmed 2 more times via text and twice by phone prior to appointment. After our massages we were told that there was a scheduling error and we would not be getting our additional foot and hand massages. As a diabetic my feet hurt a lot and was really looking forward to this. I received a discount of $23.99 off my quoted $457 price. Hand and foot massages were $20/each =$40. When I questioned the math I was told by the lady that she didn't know what my original quoted price was. Really, your pricing is clearly listed along with taxes and 17% gratuity charge. So the way I see it we got ripped off for about $60. I will say the massage therapist was very nice and did a great job. Too bad she works for a shady company. I will never spend another dime there. The worst spa I've ever been to. They only had 1 massage therapist and he wasn't licensed. A unlicensed male gave a massage to a female! It's completely illegal. The spa manager argued with me when I was requesting a different therapist. There were no amenities offered...not even water. I had to ask for some water. Great spa! Located on the bottom floor of the hotel, the spa knows how to pamper. Robes and slippers, the works. Men and women each get their own private locker room with shower, steam room and sauna. Each has their own lounge to wait for your treatment with snacks and fruit, water. My husband and I both enjoyed a hot stone massage which was divine. I was pleased I could hear nothing else in adjoining rooms or hall. We met up in the only co-ed area-the hot tubs! One indoor, the other outdoor. Felt great to relax after the rub down. It was cool out and sprinkling so the outdoor hot tub was perfect for that. My only complaint is the waterfall was not running because another client had requested it be turned off. You have full use of the spa areas during your day of service. read more

I had a couples massage and asked for deep tissue not knowing that it needed to be pre-booked. Was forced to continue with a regular massage that I didn't want because I was forced to pay for the service because of 24 hour cancellation policy. So I paid $145.00 for a service I didn't want and they were unable to change it to a deep tissue massage to give me the therapy I so desperately needed and would have gladly paid more to get. So very disappointed in this place. Will never come back to this property for anything. I have never felt so trapped or screwed by a business before. From now on will definitely go only to Big Cedar Spa. It's amazing. They were just fully booked for this trip. read more

This place was wonderful. We had a couples massage with hot stones. We were shown to mens and womens lounges. They gave us luxurious robes and sandals. We had our own lockers with combination locks. You could visit the steam sauna that was infused with eucalyptus. There were private showers which were supplied with aromatherapy products and a basket (women's lounge) full of toothbrushes, razors, tampons, makeup remover wipes and combs. The spa itself is beautifully adorned. This is what luxury looks and feels like. Our massage therapists did a nice job. Our only regret was not requesting a little deeper massage. Both of our therapists however delivered a wonderful relaxation massage. read more

Do NOT waste your money!!! Had the bliss package scheduled. For me and my two sisters. When we arrived they had not scheduled it correct. I was scheduled with a male masseuse without being told!!! Which I was NOT comfortable with a male. They would not give me the option of a female until the late afternoon. Which me and my sisters had dinner plans so I was not able to use the option of receiving a female masseuse. They made me wait two hours for the facial. In the "spa relaxation room." Which was dirty, old and outdated.While my sisters received the full treatment. The lotion in the spa was old and smelled awful. The mouthwash they provided smelled awful, tasted like perfume, and was very old.The steam sauna was not working correctly either. No one came to inform me of what was going on or when my facial would be. Not worth the money. All the manager did was give excuses saying that people on staff are drawing unemployment so they are short staffed. I understand that. But, The people who ARE working should give the highest quality service. After all that is what I as a guest, and me and my sister's are paying big money for it. This is the place for the best Brazilian waxing in Branson. They use a very high grade of wax that doesn't leave a sticky residue after. Very professional and complete. They spent over 3 hours to make sure it was perfect for my big day. The director of the movie said my area was the best he ever saw. read more

This place is awesome! My husband and I booked massages. Great deep tissue massage! The facility is top notch. Staff is very friendly and inviting. We stayed the rest of the day!
