I walked out today after the second horrible experience…read more Two months ago I booked an appointment with "Kaylee" a Senior student for a wash and trim. I was the first in line at the door and tge last to be served after being told that "Kaylee is on her way". After (45) minutes of waiting I was told that "Kaylee is not coming." It's now 9:45 and a very new and nervous young lady was assigned to me. I should have left long before but did not. TODAY... After calling and literally having a long discussion about my last experience I was booked with Haylee. Again, I am the first in the door and after waiting (20) minutes, wherein no one came to service me... I approached the back office where a heavy set brunette woman was VERY rude and informed me that "Haylee would not be my stylist and "We can't control if a student is a no show." I walked out and I would NOT recommend this establishment unless you tolerate unprofessionalism. I do not, and will not, even if it a $10 haircut!!
