This place is absolutely ridiculous. She cut my nails too short. After I told her I wanted longer. I heard what they said about me. The lady I had called me a fat b. After she made my nails crooked. They were so disrespectful they told us not to come back because I told them my nail was crooked and asked them to fix it. They would not. They charged us more than what they had originally said on the phone. The lady snatched my hand back. The vibe of the place was very very different it was absolutely the shadiest nail place I've ever been to. Ridiculous. read more

Best pedicure I've ever had!! I'd go back again and again but love out of state. They did a fantastic job!!!

I walked in and showed them the design i wanted, they rushed me and barely looked at my design and told me to pick out a color. I asked for long coffin nails, with stars on them. What i got was thick rectangular nails. once they were done with the base they told me the price and tried to send me on my way, i asked if we were still doing the stars and she looked annoyed but did it anyway, it wasn't what i wanted but at this point i just wanted to leave. i'm out $95 and left with a mediocre set. i do not recommend giving your business to diamond nails. read more

Wanted the spa pedicure. My toenails were already trimmed, was expecting a good spa foot & leg massage. Got a little lotion rubbed on & wiped off, toenails painted. Gave her 2×$20 & expected change. She said NO change - you can go now. Won't be back. read more

I got a pedicure. It was really rushed and not done well. My daughter asked for a full set with gel polish. They used dip instead of gel and the half the nails were shaped crooked. More expensive than other places and lower quality. read more

I am a nurse, so I am on my feet for 12-16 hours at a time 4-5 days a week. I also wear black nail polish year round. I know what I bring to the table when I come for a pedicure. It's not pretty. They did SUCH a good job. Even the basic pedicure I went with was better than any pedicure I've ever had. It didn't have all the bells and whistles that I'm sure come with the pricier pedicures but my feet still feel and look better than they ever have. No wait time at all and very pleasant staff. You can get a quick pedicure for $25 or hop up to the basic one for $30. The deluxe was $45 I believe. Definitely will be back to try it out! read more

I went in early Jan 2020 for a gel pedicure and also had my first dip manicure with Mien. I only visit Mtn. Home 1-2 times a year but I'll definitely go back here when I do visit. The customer service was great from everyone. I didn't wait long even though I didn't have an appointment and I also asked to be worked in for an eyebrow wax with Mina which I received promptly and professionally. Like some other reviewers said there was a small service fee since I wanted to use my credit card but I didn't mind. If I want to avoid that next time I'll take cash or a check. This is a good place for the area and I recommend it BUT my last experience was to put it bluntly- obnoxious - I walked in -was asked what I needed -was steered to a station-He looked at my needed fill and was told to sit and wait. 2-3 minutes went by and th same young guy summoned me to the same station. While doing the fill on my acrylics nails he was son the phone five times!!! text-phone calls. sharing pics with the station next to him. OMG!!! Then I made it clear did not want thick nails. Best gel manicure ever. They are fun and easy going here but provide excellent service. Go get your nails done and send your man to the grocery store! He can bring you Starbucks and relax in the recliner while they finish your nails. The owners wife spoke great English so we were able the chat. read more
