He did ask questions but did not take the time to LISTEN to my responses. He talked over me when I tried to answer and continued until I asked him politely to stop. At this time I told him I felt he wasn't respecting my decision to not do intermittent fasting as he was going over the same info for fasting that he did the first visit and began pushing fasting on me. That is why I felt he wasn't respecting my decision to not do fasting. He disagreed with me and began talking incessantly until I felt he wasn't going to stop. That is when I walked out of the session. His wife clearly is the one who responded to my review. She was not in the office to hear what was said. I spoke with her on the phone after I left. Firstly they did not reach out to me. I made all calls in an attempt to get resolution. She also failed in her response to admit that she told me during our 1st phone conversation that she indeed would refund my money and said she would send a check. It was only after talking to John that he decided he would not refund my money. I made it clear I wouldn't come back for service so the likelihood that I would use a gift certificate for the amount of a session isn't realistic. The gesture of a certificate was an empty one to make it appear to make things right. If a professional is interested in helping clients, listening to what they have to say and want rather than doing all of the talking goes a long way in that help!

She was able to schedule me an appointment before I left town. I had been wanting to find someone who did EFT for a long time, as a therapist I worked with said it would help with my PTSD. Fortunately, Dana is a certified EFT practitioner. Still, I didn't know what to expect. The healing center is in the most incredible, serene location, at the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. As soon as Dana opened the door, there was just great energy flowing from her and any reservations I had immediately went away. Her healing space, is a sunroom, surrounded by forest, birds, deer and other wildlife. Dana took the time to explain the process of EFT and answered all my questions. She never once made me feel rushed. The whole experience was incredible and afterwards I definitely felt lighter, happier and like I had let go of something that had been holding me back for a long time. I cannot recommend Ozark Holistic Healing enough. If you are in the area, this beautiful place and working with Dana is worth checking out.
