Came in from out of town in the beginning of the fall. Sat down with a stylist and asked her to…read moregive me long layers. My hair was super long at this point almost to the small of my back. She immediately just started cutting, and I did not know how to react. When she was finished my hair was in short, choppy, and uneven layers. I was astonished at the fact she completely ignored what style I wanted and just started chopping my hair. It looks so bad I honestly had no idea what to say. I had spent years growing my hair to the length it was and just wanted a style that framed my face better while keeping it long. When I got back to my hometown I had a stylist there try and fix it. There was really nothing she could've done considering it was so choppy in some places it just had to grow out.... my self-esteem and confidence has been greatly affected by the fact that my hair is so hard to style and look nice because of how bad of a cut I was given at the salon. Don't go here. Also, when I tried to call her a few days later she said that it just need to be thinned out on one side and come back in and she would do it. You cannot pay me to let this woman touch my head again...

I expressed what I wanted in both sessions for eyeliner. She told me if I wanted it touched up more I would have to come back and pay $50. The first time she sent me out the door my eyeliner was not complete. She said she would finish it when I came back for my second appt. I expressed I wanted a thicker line but still got a very thin line. I got tops and bottoms done and it is like it is almost gone. She told me she was an artist and I was her canvas. I would NEVER send a customer out looking unfinished as a true artist would not do that. I have had several comments made to me on how it doesn't look good and needs to be thicker. I don't feel I should have to pay to fix mistakes made by the person who already knew what I wanted but only did what she wanted. I never called about this because I know from her personality that it will turn into a big hateful mess. I do think others should proceed with caution. I believe if you pay for a service that YOU want done, that person doing the service should do what you want. Not what she wants. I was undecided on posting this because she is very nice but also very overbearing. I was okay with that but due to that type of personality, if I complained I got the feeling there would be a screaming match. I never got a call to ask how things were afterwards. The part that got me is I have to be out more money to get what I want and then with what I have dealt with it probably wouldn't happen because I don't think she knows how to how to do a thicker line. This has taught me to really check out who you go to for things of this nature. This was a very expensive lesson! People continuously tell me this woman needs to give me my money back. She is a cheat!

With red light my chest has gone down 5 inches, mid area 3 inches, thighs 2.5 inches in 5 sessions. The staff is extremely nice and supportive.
