It was serendipity that we were able to get in on short notice! My sinuses are clear after months of being clogged up!I made reservations the day before for a couples massage and we were greeted warmly and filled out paperwork detailing what we needed help with. The hubs had concerns about being able to get a good massage, as his masseuse was a slightly built fellow. But his concerns were unfounded, because the gentleman was trained to use leverage to work out the knots and his shoulder pain was greatly alleviated! We felt in no hurry to rush off as our hostess/ proprietor presented us a snack of organic berries, gluten free granola and water. Our stomachs had been talking during the massage. They also do crown chakra and energy work. They also sell beautiful cruelty free clothing. I would have loved to spend the whole day there as it was a pleasant and renewing experience, such as I have not found in Tulsa.

The young lady who did my facial and spa was lovely but the services were pretty ordinary. For a facial and massage the total was over $500 ($400 out of my pocket.) I could have enjoyed the same services in my home spa for 1/2 the price. On Saturday, when many of my colleagues were scheduled for services, the spa canceled due to too many employees being absent. Out company was disappointed in how we were treated. Next year, I will find a spa outside of the resort.

After signing a release and providing some basic health info, they gave us a choice of aromatherapy oils which was nice. They are used very sparingly, which was appreciated! The massage room could have been a little darker and some music would have been nice. But the massage was wonderful and very relaxing; I think we both snored a bit! So it achieved its purpose, because we both have had some stressful weeks and it was greatly appreciated. I would definitely come back!

Have had three gifted family members complain of scheduling and rescheduling complications. My relaxing gift to them instead becoming a source of irritation. Appointments are scheduled months out then rescheduled now weeks later with another provider or cancelled outright on day of / twice now. Seriously ? Nope I'm done. My…read moregirlfriend was hesitant to receive the medical massage because of a back injury she had the year prior. She was soothing and only performed the massage and it's intensity according to what she was comfortable with. At the beginning of the massage she could barely turn her neck and by the end she had regained full range of motion. The facial was lovely as well. The tension in my jaw has melted away. I get a massage in every new city I visit and this is hands down THE BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD. Forget the overpriced hotel spas of Eureka Springs!
