Great location and price. Our room (#22) was spacious and well cared for. Beautiful views of Branson, especially at night. The coffee room is nice and extra towels and toilet paper can be found down there. Tried the cafe for pie and coffee. Pie was great! The only reason The Bradford gets 4/5 is because the bathtub was difficult to get in and out of. Not impossible, but care needs to be taken. Also, I miss the days of daily housekeeping. It might have been available if requested, but I didn't ask. We stayed for four nights. Would recommend and will stay again! read more

Definitely a relaxing jewel in the craziness that is Branson. This is a nice location set on a hill with great views and feels like a nice BnB. The onsite restaurant is convenient for breakfast, and the free game room (foosball, billiards, shuffleboard) and free coffee makers all day. The rooms are nicely decorated and updated, however the noise can be loud if you are not on the top floor as you can really hear the noise from above. So I strongly suggest you get a higher floor (we were on the first floor). Check-in and check-out very easy with automated pin based door codes. Parking was easy as well for room guests in the back, however note that the restaurant gets really crowded by locals or other area guests seeking the good breakfast. I definitely recommend staying here if you don't want to be in the crazy area of downtown Branson. Note it is not walkable to anything else, so you would need a car to get any place. read more

We stayed 4 nights at The Bradford this past week, each room has different decor and a jet tub as well as the option for a deck and fire place. Our room was classy, clean, comfortable and pretty. The WIFI was slow and kept disconnecting our stream, but we didn't come here to watch tv. The view was very pretty from the fire pit area and the community gazebo. Lots of summer green trees blocked the view from our patio but I am sure in fall it would be perfect. It's a delightful place that is private, clean, and quiet. We loved the 3 minute drive into town. Plenty of parking, you may have stairs, there is no elevator but it was only 1 stairwell for us. The staff is nice, plenty of communication by text/email/call. No physical check in or out, you do it on your phone, and it's simple. Taryn was very good to us, thank you! You must try the breakfast downstairs at Steamer Joe's wow! We will be back in the fall, and we will stay at The Bradford! read more

This is one of my favorite places to get lunch in Branson because it's charming and quite atmosphere and I can get staple lunch classics with very fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is charming and idyllic - a cottage vibe. You can eat in their sun room which has large windows that overlook a beautiful cliff view. The menu changes seasonally. My boyfriend and I got a autumn salad, Ruben sandwich, and a pecan pie to share for dessert. All delicious! This place has AMAZING deserts made fresh daily and is known for their homemade pies. Coconut cream pie is probably my favorite. They sell out fast so make sure to go early if you want a slice. It's a family run business and every employee is kind and personable. An enjoyable experience, we'll absolutely be back on our next trip. read more

The Bradford Inn is THE place to stay in Branson. The location is perfect. You're are enough away from the strip so no late night crazies and it's scenic and beautiful. However if you want to get to the hub of Branson, it takes 5-10minutes tops. The Harbor room was spacious and clean. Two person jacuzzi tub (on top of a full bathroom), seating area, mini fridge, queen bed, closet, tv, and patio with an awesome view - for $94 a night! Staff was friendly. Only down sides: no microwave or coffee pot in the room and only blinds no curtains so your naturally woken up. read more

Went in with my mom and my son for breakfast shortly after 9:30 on a Sunday. There was no one there to seat us but my mom finally found someone working behind a counter in the kitchen who told us you have to stay at the Inn to eat there and that breakfast was over anyway. I've never heard of breakfast being over before 10 but my real issue is that I wish they would state clearly in their advertising that you must be a guest to eat there. Disappointed. read more

Several couples staying near here at the Lodges, Silver Dollar City. Stopped at Bradford's for coffee and restroom break an accidental find. Cinnamon rolls like butter, so soft just right touch of seasoning. Eggs fabulous made to order. People, owners & staff super accommodating. We can't wait to return. Gorgeous setting, with a wonderful view. Our room is pleasantly appointed; each room is different. Family run, and the family is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included with room is eggs to order, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, and delightful bakery items. Solid and delicious, served up by the owner. Why not five stars? The bed is lumpy and unforgiving. Admitted I am still recovering from rib injury in an auto crash, but my wife also did poorly on the bed. read more

We had lunch here of Chicken fruit salad on a croissant and the only way the croissant could have been fresher is if you ate it off the pan as it came out of the oven--it was fabulous!! We had pie for dessert that was clearly home made, the crust was flaky and done to perfection, fresh made that day--awesome!!! read more

12/7/2019 *** - This review is for Bradford Inn. I can't say much about the "Eatery", since we did not eat there. This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Bradford Inn, and it will be the last. I really wanted to leave a glowing review, but that is not to be the case. Here are the particulars: - It is really nothing more than a motel with a nice image from the road. It is not really a true "bed and breakfast" in the sense that you would think of it as basically a warm and cozy house with a home-cooked breakfast. - There are some serious electrical problems that need to be addressed. Nearly all of the electrical outlets are very loose in the wall and will almost pull out of the wall when unplugging things. I know this has not been fixed in two-plus years, as they were all loose at that time as well. - The beds are a true health hazard and I am surprised they have not been sued for causing serious knee and leg injuries. The corners of the beds stick out from the mattresses and are hidden under the bedspread. They are at the perfect height, and of sufficient thickness, to destroy knees and upper shins. My wife's legs are both black and blue from running over the corners. This has never happened anywhere else we have ever stayed. - The breakfast is basically the same, monotonous thing every morning - frozen/heated biscuits, sausage, sausage gravy, eggs (scrambled, fried, etc), waffles, and a very few other things. I will say the coffee and orange juice are both very good. It would be great to actually have bacon, oatmeal, some fruit, etc. Hotels, such as Holiday Inn, Best Western, and others, have somewhat better offerings for breakfast. - BUT, the worst of it is the noise. Given that the building is so shoddily built, the owners/managers should do their best to keep things quiet. They did make a very minimal effort at first, until it was discovered that the noise was actually coming from the family of one of the employees. We called and spoke directly to the family member and was given the excuse that they had four kids and when they are out of school, they basically let them run wild. We tried to explain that the noise was far above what is acceptable and was at a sufficient level to cause headaches. The noise never subsided. I have nothing against kids living in the facilities, but the parents should understand they are responsible for their kids' behavior as they would be in an apartment. My family and I are paying the salaries of the parents who work here. We deserve to have peace and quiet for the amount being charged per night. Needless to say, it was not a very restful vacation. While the coffee and orange juice were good, and the view overlooking Branson is excellent, this cannot make up for the fact that Bradford Inn has a lot of issues than can be remedied quite easily. I get the impression the owners are winding down their career as bed and breakfast owners and are now giving it a minimum effort to manage the place properly. To reiterate, this is our final stay here. We will be finding another bed and breakfast to stay on future trips to the area. I would also strongly caution other people since there are some injury hazards as well as possible issues that could be life-threatening. read more

The Bradford Inn is our favorite place to stay in Branson. It's a beautiful and quaint location with an incredible view. Very quiet location away from the hubbub of Branson -- but just a 15 or 20-minute drive to most of the area attractions. Reasonably priced (rooms range from around $80 to $115 a night), especially considering the fantastic breakfast that is served. This is family owned and you'll see the same folks working year after year. They put a lot of care and love into the property. Each room is themed a little differently, and many have jacuzzi tubs. My husband and I have probably stayed there 20 times over the last 15 years. It is definitely our first choice of a place to stay in Branson. read more

Worst wait in Branson. Sat waiting on a sandwich for over 30 minutes and waited in line 20 minutes. It's lunch time and they are out of everything. No chicken salad, out of pies. If you can't gauge your business any better, probably shouldn't be in business. read more

We enjoyed our lunch at the Bradford Inn today! Everything was homemade. Excellent chicken salad with grapes and apples. Chicken pot pie was delicious. We had a group of 12, including kids, and they brought out some fresh watermelon with the meal. Strawberry lemonade was fantastic. We didn't try the homemade pies, because we headed to Silver Dollar City, but I am regretting it! Owners and employees were very kind and we will be back. read more

Room was not well laid out. Bed tripped us both as we went to bathroom. Furnishings were all very old and beat up. Air conditioner was so bad it vibrated the floor and kept us awake. Bed was far too small for two adults. Jacuzzi looked like a child's science experiment. Views were good but not enough to make me ever want to repeat this. read more

This place is wonderful. Nice family run eatery and oh the pies are to die for. We eat here mutiple times a year. (They are open May-Dec.) Everything that I have ordered there has been wonderful and I have had Chicken pot pie, chicken salad (my favorite), ham penni, quiche, chocolate pie, lemon pie, and coconut pie. Each room has unique and interesting decor. The Inn is located outside Branson in a rural setting and the grounds are beautifully landscaped.. In 10 minutes, you can be in Branson or Silver Dollar City theme park. We arrived at 12:05 p.m. on Wednesday, 10-19-16 and the dining areas were 75-80% filled with adults. When we indicated we wanted pie for dessert but would order later, we were told that we should order then as the pies would probably be sold out if we waited. Based on their recommendation, both couples ordered a (large) piece of pie to be served later. After waiting for a substantial period of time, a member of the staff came to our table and stated that he regretted that they had made a mistake and the pies had been served to other customers. He offered to refund the purchase price of the pies and a complimentary cup of coffee. We accepted the refund cost of the pie but not the coffee. The Ham & Cheese Panini plus chips was above average in taste and large enough for 2 senior adults to share. If the dessert had been delivered as ordered I would have given a 5 star review. read more
