This place feels like your not near all the tourist stuff but still super close to town if you want. Kenny is amazing and accommodating. My brother in law rented a jet ski for Saturday, but the one that was for him was not working properly, so Kenny was able to save his reservation for Sunday and we were able to all enjoy the water that day. While there, we were able to take a pontoon boat out and enjoy the water of Table Rock Lake - The boat was durable, but not the best - but it's a rental so we didn't expect a whole lot. The house itself was amazing. Walking into it for the first time was breath taking. There was tons of room for all of the guests! The pool that is there, is large enough for all accommodations and has a waterfall and beautiful scenery around it. Overall, my family couldn't have been happier! We will return!

My condo was in pristine condition. All the beds were super comfortable and the sheets were really soft. There is ample seating inside and outside. The price can't be beat. We used the grill and kitchen almost every day. We were lucky enough to be able to rent a slip from the Vickery and docked our boat which we rented from State Park Marina. Colleen is fantastic, she is available all day. The Vickery has great kayaks available for use on the lake, and getting to the lake couldn't be easier. My kids enjoyed playing on the Lily pads she has tied off on the dock and just jumping off the dock. It's isn't a huge condo community, so the lake was never too crowded. We've stayed at 3 different places on the lake, and we will never stay anywhere else. The Vickery is a no brainer, if Colleen has availability, you should book it!

First time going to a bed and breakfast and Gladys made it a wonderful experience! My husband,…read moreaunt, uncle, and myself are planning to come back again! Nice parking right in front of the house. Bigger upstairs room had its own access to outside, microwave, bathroom, refrigerator, AC and tv. My husband and I stayed in the smaller room and it had a tv, refrigerator, coffee maker, AC, and a bathroom right next to it. Breakfast was at 8am and we were served fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice, omelette, bacon, and homemade bread. We chose this place because the lake is right behind the house. There's a dock. Spent the day in the water. It's Labor Day weekend so there were a decent amount of people in the water. Gladys graciously showed us how she makes her delicious fresh bread and gave us a hot loaf for the road. There's also a downstairs that is being fixed up, but it can house 6 people and has its own kitchen. We will come back with a bunch more people next time! We definetly rate this place with 5 stars and recommend it to others! The price is pretty good as well! We went through a company and paid double...now we know to go directly through Gladys! Check out is 11am.

In cabin #5 currently...go stay anywhere else! The advertised hot tub is not working. No Wi-Fi…read more There is no hot water in the cabin (the solution we were given is to use an unoccupied cabin's shower 4 sites away!) Even if there was hot water, there is no water pressure...can't get more than a trickle out of the shower head. Some of the outlets are so loose, plugs won't stay in. The kitchenette is very dark with no light above the stove...very difficult to see to cook...had to use my cellphone flashlight above the stove. There are broken blinds in the bedrooms so it's pretty bright in the morning. The basement does not have an inside entrance so if you have children staying in the basement, their entrance is outside, around the corner, and down the stairs. None of this is disclosed in the listing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We had a great family reunion (about 27 people across multiple cabins including the Lodge itself)…read moreat the Timbers. Deb and Mike were great and were ready to accommodate our needs and take care of any problems that arose. There are golf carts that can be rented during your stay, which was very helpful for such a large spread out group. They would rate a 5th star if there were some easier means of communicating between cabins - with our large group, lack of in-cabin phones, and poor cell signals out there it was often difficult to coordinate our activities, but we managed. There is wifi available near the pool/office and lodge area, which was handy. We had poor to no cell signal throughout the grounds (T-Mobile and ATT), but if you are not trying to manage a large group it's probably not a big deal. The cabins are various sizes and are very fitting of the wooded surroundings. They have a full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishes and silverware. They also have at least one separate bedroom (some have multiple bedrooms or loft areas). The lake is very clean and clear and the resort has its own dock area for swimming and boating. The area around the lake is thick forest; however, the area is moderately built up so there are few trails around for hiking. A great experience overall and definitely a place I would return to.

We visited this resort last September for a weekend getaway. This was our first time in Branson…read moresince June 2019. Here are my takeaways: Location: Known as "The Townhouses," these are conveniently located right on the Brandon strip. This can be an issue during the day, as traffic can make it difficult to get onto the strip to get to the attractions. The address listed on some travel sites take you to a RV Park on the other side of town, so we had to do some digging for the actual address. Wool over our eyes: Check in was seem less, and we were able to check in early! However, we were directed to two people that basically swindled us into doing a timeshare with Capital Vacations for a discount on our stay. We sadly fell for it and it ended up being a disaster of an afternoon! If you come to this property, DO NOT DO IT. And avoid Capital Vacations AT ALL COSTS!! Pricing: Compared to other places near by, it was reasonably priced. We picked a three-bedroom townhome. For a Friday through Sunday stay, it totaled $388. Security: You are required to leave a copy your drivers license and license plate number with the front desk at checkout. They give you a sticker to put in your windshield for the weekend. If you have guests staying with you, they also get a sticker. I did not see security driving the complex, but it was nice to know they kept track of who are actual guests there. Amenities: They had a few activities, including sand volleyball, an outdated arcade, and a pool with enough chlorine in it to kill most of the animals in the ocean. They also have a community room where other guests can play games and unwind. We only used the pool but did not stay long, as it was way too chlorinated. Back down memory lane: The town homes are very outdated and reminds me of the late 90s and early aughts. The appliances, dining ware, and fixtures were older. The hot water was plentiful and there were plenty of towels left for the entire weekend. There was free Wi-FI but a limited selection on Tv channels, which made it difficult to keep the kids happy. The town home had a pullout bed in the living room area, which was also nice. The unit we picked said it slept ten people, which makes sense. It was very spacious and we loved the openness of the walk-in area. A deep clean: On the surface level, the townhome looked clean. However, it looked like it had not been deep cleaned in a long while. There was caked on dust and dirt on the backs of the bathroom doors, handprints on the walls, and one of the bedsheets had blood on them. The baseboards could use a good sanding and a fresh coat of paint. Bonus points for there not being any bed bugs, which we did check for before even taking any of our things in. The blinds and ceiling fans were pretty dusty as well. We saw the housekeeper pushing her cart to different units throughout the day, but did not notice she had been to our unit while we were gone during the day. I'm not sure if they only clean once people checkout or not. Checkout: Again, a very easy process. You leave the room key on the table and call down to the front desk to let them know you are leaving. Overall, I would not stay here again. It was a decent experience but there are more updated places to stay for the same price. Plus, their affiliation with Capital Vacations really put a sour taste in my mouth. I love the location of the property but they should consider at some point major upgrades and ending their affiliation with Capital Vacations.

He's in better shape than most of the furniture.) The wall heaters? Are missing their vent covers. It's extremely hard to contain a small one who walks from sticking their hands in those things with sharp metal bc there is supposed to be a cover over than. No paper towels. The floors, ceiling fans and kitchen backsplash are all new. BUT the backsplash is reclaimed wood. I'm scared to see how nasty that will be in a year since it's extremely hard to clean.
