We spoke with a few local businesses, but most needed more time. Then we contacted Aahs Graphics, Nancy Rodriguez was our contact person for this project from the very beginning they assured us they would have everything ready by Wednesday morning. Not only did they keep their word, but they also delivered the name tags directly to our office on time. We were truly delighted with their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer service. Because of their thoughtful effort, our entire team looked professional, organized, and united. The uniformity and sense of oneness the name tags created was priceless. It's often the little things that make the biggest difference, and their attention to detail helped bring everyone together beautifully for our event. Thank you again for your care, contribution, and excellent service. Businesses that truly value their customers deserve to be recognized, and we sincerely appreciate the experience we had with Aahs Graphics.

UPDATE after the business response: The first invoice was not received because my email address was…read moreentered incorrectly on their end. I had already emailed my label artwork from my correct email and specifically asked that the invoice be forwarded to that email. When I finally received the invoice, it did not contain a payment link or instructions. I emailed asking where I could make payment and received no response. I was actively trying to pay. I was also specifically told my order would be ready Friday before 12 PM. This is why I disagree that this was simply a matter of 'expectations not being aligned.' My review is about the lack of communication and follow-through Really disappointing experience. I contacted this company a couple of days ago to have labels printed for my small business because they're local and only a few minutes away from me, and I really wanted to give them my business. From the beginning, the communication was unorganized. I was told I would receive an invoice, but I never received one at first. I followed up and even stayed on the phone trying to get everything handled. When I finally received the invoice, there was no option or link for me to actually make the payment. Despite that, I was specifically told my labels would be ready Friday before 12 PM. I called Friday morning because I was planning to pick them up, only to be told my order hadn't been done because they "never received payment." I explained that I was never given a way to pay. Only THEN was I told they could send me another invoice with a secure credit card payment link, and now suddenly my order wouldn't be ready until the end of the day. That was the last straw for me. I had already followed up multiple times and was trying to PAY them. I shouldn't have to chase a business down to give them my money, especially after being given a promised pickup time. I ended up telling them I would take my business somewhere else. I really wanted to support a local company, but unfortunately the lack of communication, follow-through, and organization made this experience way more stressful than it needed to be.
