Calming and lovely atmosphere. Never had a bad cup of coffee here, love coming here to get work done and decompress by reading/writing. Baristas are super cool :) definitely recommend asking them what their favorite drink is- my favorites are Cafe Meil (hot or cold) and a blended chai

That coffee gave us coffee flue on the way back home from Fort Wayne. The cute atmosphere with decent coffee. Always love to visit local coffee places.

After a long drive from south of Indy up to Marion, I decided to refuel with a cup of coffee and something to eat. I saw the great reviews here on Yelp and decided to stop by. The Abbey is in a strip mall that all strip malls should aspire to! Not only was the place well maintained, but there was also a common room that allowed for overflow seating for the Abbey, plus a stage and extra restrooms for holding events. Inside the Abbey, there are high ceilings and the wall on the left is filled with art work. The wall on the right is a glass wall that overlooks that common event area. The order counter is at the back of the business which lets you walk passed the different seating options of tables and comfy spots. Note that plug in stations are along the walls if you need those. (Didn't see anything for the middle tables.) I ordered a tasty and ready to drink drip coffee and selected a biscuit (cream cheese, cheddar & chive) that was also really good. For the coffee, they offered a paper or ceramic cup option (less waste). All the staff were friendly and the place was somewhat quiet even though there was a decent sized crowd. I was disappointed that there weren't more options for things to eat (especially since the neighboring restaurants don't offer breakfast choices that I could see.) Still, what I had was fresh and tasty. Overall, a positive dining/taking a break place to go! Review #2237

This is our first time here, traveling through Marion so we picked up two of the recommended Cafe Miels with almond milk (1% milk or almond milk were our choices). Interesting but not my fave drink although I believe they made it just fine. (Cafe Miel: coffee with honey and cinnamon,I think. ) My husband liked it better than I. It's in a small strip mall right on highway 9 with lots of parking. The shop is even cooler than I expected with interior garage type doors open to the nice bookstore and the church sanctuary on either sides. With the upstairs loft and outside seating with firepit they've created an inviting space where I wanted to linger. We'll definitely stop on our next trip through.

I wish I could visit this location more often, although it's a bit of a drive for me it would be well worth it! My husband and I stopped in here on a Saturday night, it was dead because IWU had just had a game. So that was a bonus for us! We spoke with the barista, took our time ordering, and then got our choice of seating because the place was pretty much to ourselves. Abby is connected to a Christian bookstore and a large event space. It's a huge area! I also have a fire pit and outdoor seating. We tried a nitro cold brew and a latte, both were great! They roast their own coffee right there in the store, they have a small roaster out front behind the counter.

The avocado toast was really good. The creams n cookies milkshake was not the best. The workers were great and friendly.

Best coffee around. You've got to try the iced latte or the iced ginger plum tea. I love sitting upstairs to read or do some work.

The first time I had it was during a student reception and I promised when I return it would be a must have. I asked for it iced originally and it was made hot but they remade it iced and gave me the hot one as well. Super sweet and the service was amazing. It was my next to last stop of the day but no matter the time I go the customer service is always top notch. On…read moreone hand I want to leave only a 1 or 2-star review, but on the other the staff was so friendly I hate leaving a negative review at all. They have a Drive-thru but this was confusing (blends with parking) because I didn't notice the sign, you need to notice the small pull-up window to recognize it as the drive through, the arrow pointing towards the Drive-thru is actually where you order (not ahead). It's a very small building, with a small taco shop inside as well. Because I couldn't figure out the drive thru, we went inside. Once inside it's also confusing of where to go. There isn't much of an area to go anywhere except for a small coffee area in front, and taco counter to the left. I'd suggest an "order here" sign for coffee. Biggest negative it that no one was wearing a mask, not even staff and it's impossible to social-distance in such a small space. I was just a visitor driving through, I had no idea what to expect. We were masked up, but our beverages were made by staff without a mask and less than 6' from us. The drive through is probably a better option for someone more cautious, however same situation. The barista was, however, very friendly. There isn't seating available inside, it is just a grab and go. And again, a bit confusing because the inside doesn't really look like a business. She said they were planning to expand into the taco shop area in a few months when the taco place relocated, possibly allowing for seating. My latte was okay - the roast a bit strong/bitter for my usual liking. But the Italian soda was amazing! And prices good.
