Joe A, I believe was our sales man. The older gentleman with glasses. I hope that's his name. lol was very helpful! He didn't pressure us in buying the cheaper set or the expensive set. He let my son hit a few balls and that was great. He gave my son some pointers and I appreciated that a lot! My son was happy and he felt comfortable because he was nervous. Long story short we went with the more expensive set and don't regret it. Thank you for the awesome service!

He definitely doesn't care about helping the customer. I'm not sure how a manager can be this unprofessional. We've provided everything Juan has asked for and he still won't give us a refund. I live an hour and a half away and he's refusing to credit my account with the online receipt in hand. How is this helping the customer? Now I have to drive to Selma to pick up the shoes and return them. What a joke. I would highly recommend shopping anywhere else.

Roomy, well stocked and spacious, what is not to like about this place?…read more A lot of the stuff is on the lower end, with not the best build quality, however, suitable for many people .. The shoe selection here is pretty extensive... it's hard not to be able to find something that does not interest. I like a little elbow room when I'm shopping. I get that here... I really wish they had another level of quality on their gym shorts. Definitely need something with a liner in it, but also would like a pocket or two with a zipper... Obviously, no walls can hold the vast selection that is available online, but you can also get this stuff ordering through the store.. I take a size 14 on my shoe. Needless to say most places do not carry that large size. ...they did here. Some can be ordered up to size 15. Cool. I ordered a pair of Meton 9 workout shoes here. The breathability and stability of the shoe is fantastic! The next best thing to micro fans placed on the interior of the shoe to cool your foot off... :) The app let me check in for in-store pick up... and once I went to the proper area, I don't think I waited more than 30 seconds! Not bad, for spoiling people even further! I imagine many people find themselves trying to avoid the following language: "I like Dick's." so, let me say it like this... this place rocks! -G

She carried them around the whole store and had her heart set on getting them. When we got to the register the cashier told us that she wouldn't be able to sell them until the 24th of that month. Mind you there was a whole wall of Bluey Crocs. I understand that some products have blocks on them by the manufacturer and there's nothing the store can do. But they offered no apology to us or our visibly upset daughter. A manger walked over and offered the same explanation "there's nothing we can do". The manger did not offer us an apology either. This was their fault and they took no accountability, offered no apology, or anything to remedy the situation. Do not take your children to this establishment because they simply do not care.

Seems like the value isn't all that good either. I was charged for 18 holes and they said "you might be lucky to get 9 in" then why are you still booking tee times? Why not tell me that on the phone. Ended up losing my range finder by leaving it on a cart but they said no one found it. Odd. Went in the next day and guess what I found in their drawer? My range finder. So much for looking right? Anyways bums me out they're leased by the airport which is why the management is allowing what's happening with their staff to continue to happen.
