The major complaint I have is the fact that whenever I walk into the office 9/10 times nobody at the front desk says hello or acknowledges me. There are usually 2-3 people sitting there. A well intentioned dietician, Donna, works out of the office that I found difficult to understand, pushy and pouty when I decided to not to do some faux pregnancy mimicer pill for a crash diet at 500 calories a day. Who wouldn't lose weight on 500 calories a day? A chiropracter also works out of the office and gives free massages during your likely long wait. When asked if she had any studies she could cite about the efficacy of these products, she stated that she "does her own studies on her patients." Any scientist worth his salt knows that this is absolute bunk, you need multiple unbiased studies, peer review, etc. So she is obviously only interested in making a profit off of snake oil products. I would not return to her office again. I do not believe she is competent.

It happened two times and still not have had the opportunity to talk with anyone and its been 5 days. Their billing system is also messed up. Claudyne was amazing and Dr Gong I believe is a good Dr, however the disorganized office is not worth it. It has gone downhill since the move and Claudyne leaving.

I needed to make a follow up appointment the day after being seen in the ER for chest pressure and discomfort. I was able to get in right away the next day until they realized I had never been seen there, since it's a new doctor for me. They canceled the appointment! So I called to make my initial physical and they couldn't get me in for over 6 months! They need to stop accepting new patients if they can't handle the current patient load. I'm sorry, but this was regarding my heart and they didn't seem to care. Absolutely rediculous.
