My PCP, Dr. Thayu, works with this group and she has always done a great job. When necessary she…read morehas referred me to excellent specialists. She discovered that I have kidney disease for which I am now getting treated. When I had frozen shoulder she referred me to an excellent orthopaedist. I trust her implicitly. She is a highly competent nonjudgmental doctor. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family. If I've been very sick, they will squeeze me in for an emergency appointment if at all possible.

They act like you are interrupting their day, by having an appointment. I have contemplated leaving the practice due to this reason for the last few years, but didn't want to bother finding another good doctor. Today I called to schedule a follow up and they informed me that they had terminated me from the practice. I inquired as to why this occurred in disbelief. They informed me that it was because I had a balance from my last visit (which was 2-3 months ago) for $50. I never even received a phone call from them. WOW! I should have gone with my gut a long time ago and left the practice years ago! have been a patient at least two to three times as long. I am in the service/retail industry and my boss would have fired me within a week if I was this cold and ignorant to our customers. I'm a dumb guy so I guess I stuck with what worked. My Dr. went congerie and now I have to join a "country club" to get the "better level of health care" as described on the post card we were all sent. (myself and the rest of my family) That's why I was there in the first place. (Dumb me). I am so tired of having to ask or do other people to do their job and have to clock out during the day to do so. I too agree so much with Yvette M. I have been a patient at least two to three times as long. I am in the service/retail industry and my boss would have fired me within a week if I was this cold and ignorant to our customers. (myself and the rest of my family) That's why I was there in the first place. (Dumb me). I am so tired of having to ask or do other people to do their job and have to clock out during the day to do so. I will also not tolerate having someone talk over me and not take the time to listen. Maybe you treat your husband and family this way but it don't fly here in my book ladies. There is an app for that. It's called "respect". If you value your health or unless you can afford better "attentive care" I'd look for someone that still has heart and soul for the health care industry rather then retiring out. Time to find someone that cares, is educated on later technology and is involved in more of the later treatment that are available. My life depends on it.

Date of visit: September 11, 2025…read more I brought my friend here for a colonoscopy and while I wasn't the patient, it was an overall good experience for me as his transport and emergency contact. The staff were communicative and friendly, letting me know when he was ready and sharing updates along the way when he took extra time to come out of the twilight sleep. The office is a bit hard to find, tucked back in an office park where all of the buildings look the same and we found the patient pick up parking a lot easier than the drop off parking! The area for pick up can be a bit tight, so be mindful that you aren't blocking anyone's parking spot while you're waiting for your patient. The waiting room area seemed a bit tired and ready for a refresh, but otherwise it was a positive experience for me--which is probably easier to say since they weren't sticking anything inside me! Pro tip: Head down the street to Pepper Park Coffee while you wait!

She is a professional yet very kind and comforting, and so was her entire team! The entire experience from the minute I called for an appointment until I walked out of the building, after the procedure, was well monitored and tracked, I was very impressed and would give them a 10/10!

Honestly the office ladies here are phenomenal. All are so sweet and caring. I am a type 1…read morediabetic. I was going for my second sensor insertion. I was very disappointed. I had originally called the company to make sure I qualified for the bridge program and I did. Upon my almost 2 hr drive to his facility they informed me I was not covered and would have to pay $300! After deciding to just go with the removal, he then said he would do it for $200. I still politely declined and that's when he turned sour. He got very short and I wasn't even numbed when he went to cut into my arm, and it was a painful experience. He had me sign the paper and that was it. Me and my husband were very disappointed with our visit with Dr Wool this time around and will not be back. I would only come back for the nurses. Nothing else. Bad vibes were very present today.

Top Notch Surgeon's office. My first experience was calling to make an appointment after being…read morereferred here by my general Internist. The lady on the phone (wish I'd gotten her name) was SUPER-sweet; giving me all the info I'd need, timing, paperwork, website, directions etc. She was SO sweet. I hung up smiling. It's a rare thing nowadays to find a friendly Doctor's receptionist, most of them are mean with a capital 'B' !! My second experience was calling a couple days later to say "I can't wait a week to see you. Can you please see if there's a way to get me in sooner?" to which she searched and was able to get me in same-day. Now I realize this was probably luck, but i was THRILLED not to have to wait since I was concerned about what was going on with me. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, and man did I continue to be impressed! A NICE office, with sturdy furniture, and comfy chairs. FRIENDLY receptionists. I waited no longer than 8-10 minutes and was brought into the room. The doctor walked in within about 60 seconds. I saw Doctor Witkowski. He was very-friendly. Walked into the room cracking jokes, and introducing himself. He seemed to listen to what I was saying, looked me over, and explained what he thought it was. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. Everyone was great, and I felt very comfortable. They get 5 stars in my book ALL AROUND: receptionists, waiting room, Doctors, cleanliness & friendliness, etc... If you find yourself in need of a surgeon, check them out.
