The major complaint I have is the fact that whenever I walk into the office 9/10 times nobody at the front desk says hello or acknowledges me. There are usually 2-3 people sitting there. It is extremely awkward. Isn't this "working the front desk 101"? I just feel so unwelcome when I come. Just a "hello, we will be with you in a moment" would make a world of difference.

When he became "concierge patients only" I opted to change doctors rather than pay an extra fee every month. After all, I only go in once a year for physicals. I switched to Dr. Weiss. Not happy --- sometimes I swear she has no idea what she's doing because the nurses need to correct her --- , but I'm too lazy to find another doctor. And their office staff is the WORST. They are SO RUDE. There's one in particular that doesn't even bother looking up at you when you come to her window. WOW! I pay your salary, lady!

Any scientist worth his salt knows that this is absolute bunk, you need multiple unbiased studies, peer review, etc. So she is obviously only interested in making a profit off of snake oil products. I would not return to her office again. I do not believe she is competent.

After 3 weeks of waiting I was told by a very rude person to find another Dr they no longer do this! The second time I saw Dr Gong was after surgery in the hospital at discharge. It happened two times and still not have had the opportunity to talk with anyone and its been 5 days. Their billing system is also messed up. Claudyne was amazing and Dr Gong I believe is a good Dr, however the disorganized office is not worth it. It has gone downhill since the move and Claudyne leaving.

I was able to get in right away the next day until they realized I had never been seen there, since it's a new doctor for me. They canceled the appointment! So I called to make my initial physical and they couldn't get me in for over 6 months! They need to stop accepting new patients if they can't handle the current patient load. I'm sorry, but this was regarding my heart and they didn't seem to care. Absolutely rediculous.

Dr. Dan was recommended to me, and switching was the best decision I made. Dr. Dan goes above and beyond for anyone that he sees. He makes you feel like you're his only patient. He is kind, patient, and will make sure you're completely comfortable every step of the way. I was very anxious throughout my pregnancy for numerous reasons and expressed that during many appointments. Dr. Dan consistently checked on me and made sure that I was doing okay not only physically but also emotionally. I called him several times after hours, and it was never a problem. He took his time on the phone and made sure I was calm and feeling better before hanging up. He was truly a lifesaver. My delivery was a scary one, and I credit Dr. Dan for being an excellent, quick-thinking physician during a serious time. He got my baby out safely and knew exactly what steps to take to make sure my delivery didn't end up being critical. His years of experience made me feel confident that I was under the best care. Dr. Daniel Pesavento was a dream OB/GYN after semi-nighmarish experiences with my first two…read moredeliveries with Mc-high-volume OB practice's rushing me through on jacked up pitocin, and then doing unnecessary episiotomies that delayed my recovery--all because the guy on duty wanted to handle multiple deliveries and c-sections in the same day, without calling in help from one of his two practice partners. Dr. Dan is very personable, and has good sense of humor, no top of being excellent OB. I found him by talking on the down-low with the labor nurses who agreed the other practice had only 1 doc out of 3 worth his stuff, and Dr. Pesavento or Dr. Zimmerman were better options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
